The oversized balcony runs across the entire condo providing Gulf views from the main living, dining, kitchen and bedroom. Very comfortable cushioned chairs on the balcony, 2 are swivel rockers, along with end tables perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and evening cocktails at sunset. The bedroom has a high-end King Beautyrest Harmony Lux Carbon Mattress (remember you will be sleeping on this bed for 3 months or more!), dresser, 2 nightstands, large walk in closet, and large sink/vanity area. Bathroom has walk in shower. Linens and towels provided. 24" high comfortable air mattress for additional guests.

65" TV in living room and a 50" TV in the bedroom. Cable TV and Wireless Internet are included.

Washer and dryer are inside this condo, an upgrade in this unit you will appreciate after a day at the beach.

The entire condo opens to the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. You can hang out on the balcony or go to the patio or beach to lounge, eat or sunbath. This truly is a magnificent place to kick your feet up and soak in the beauty of Longboat Key, the Florida Sunshine and the Gulf of Mexico.

This condo has everything you need to indulge in the Beach life on Beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Morning walks, afternoon swims, shell hunting ending with a nightly sunset without ever leaving or driving anywhere. Even though you don't have to leave there are plenty of things to do nearby. St. Armands circle and Sarasota are nearby.

This HOA only allows 2 rentals a year and for no less than 60 days. No worry about new neighbors or lots of change over on the weekends or people there for a short amount of time partying all hours. At night, you can hear the waves, not your neighbor's music. This is a quiet building that is close to everything!

Longboat Harbor Towers has security keypad access, epic gulf views, an oversized sundeck with a heated saltwater swimming pool, updated modern lobby, conference room, new elevators, a fitness room with updated equipment including a Peloton, and an updated kitchen for gatherings. Chaise lounge chairs available on the beach for your convenience. No need to drag anything to/from the beach and the sand inside. Unit includes Cable TV, Wireless Internet, gas and electric as well as a Washer and Dryer. Everything you need for your stay is in the unit, all kitchen wares, sheets, pillows, etc., it's all there. Just bring your personal items and you are ready to relax and enjoy the Gulf.

No smoking and No pets allowed on the property.

Fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, biking, golf, tennis, pickleball, snorkeling, scuba, shelling, turtle watching, a wide Bike path that runs the entire length of Longboat Key and much more. Saint Armand's Circle, Anna Maria Island, Lido Beach, Downtown Sarasota, full of shopping, dining, and entertainment are all very just minutes away. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Mote Aquarium, John and Mable Ringling Museum and Salvador Dali Museum also nearby. Busch Gardens in Tampa only 1.5 hour drive and Orlando's theme parks are only a 2 hour drive.
