1900 sq. ft. Beautiful 4 bedroom villa which sits on a large corner plot at Lake Berkley. The villa benefits from a partial view of the lake, fishing is just a few yards away.
The Lounge and very spacious dining area are of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceilings. Fully air conditioned with remote monitoring throughout, with ceiling fans for additional air movement.
The Lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax and watch the new 42' LCD PANEL HD T.V. (with access to over 200 channels). There is also a DVD player, CD/HiFi and large sliding doors leading to the pool. In addition FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is available for guest use.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American Style Fridge with integral Ice maker, an Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.
The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a King sized bed. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom and analogue cable TV.
Bedroom 2 has a 'Queen' sized bed and cable TV, while Bedroom 3 has a 'full' sized bed and cable TV. The fourth Bedroom has two 'twin' beds and is Disney themed for our younger guests.
The South Facing Pool and Deck is covered by its own lanai with additional hedge screening offering you your own private bathing area. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).Pool heating is can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.
The large Garage has a dedicated Games Area. This is equipped with a 'Foosball Table' (Table Football), Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Pool Table.

We rented a very beautiful home in Davenport. A 6 bedroom home that had everything that we could ever imagine. Security was top notch. We was in a gated community. I absolutely loved because I traveled with my kids and grandkids. My grandkids loved the pool. Our booking agent answered all of our questions very promptly. It was just an all around awesome stay. We’ll be back because of the weather we didn’t get to visit all of the parks that we planned to visit. Thanks Florida Vacation Rental for the use of this beautiful home.

The villa was perfect for our stay. Great location to travel to the parks but also great to have some chill days by the pool. The villa had all the facilities we needed and the hosts were more than accommodating with any extra requests we had. They allowed to have a late check out on the day of departure which made our journey home a lot smoother. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough. Will definitely be rebooking when we come back next year.
