1800 sq. ft. Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, with private pool. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood located in the popular Lindfields subdivision close to highway 192, I-4 and the 429. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions and Margaritaville resort.
There is a fully screened private pool with plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai allows for al fresco dining. A perfect place to start the day with breakfast and to end the day with a BBQ.
The living space offers a bright and airy feel with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV and a ceiling fan.
There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen that offers all the facilities and amenities that you’ll need during your stay.
There is plenty of space, just off the kitchen area where a table and chairs can be found on which to enjoy family meals. Double doors from here allows access to the pool and deck space
There are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 guests.
Bedroom 1: King size bed with ensuite. There is access to the pool and deck space from this ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
Bedroom 3: Twin beds
There is also a Sofa bed and crib
All bedrooms have TV’s and are comfortably furnished. There is sufficient closets and storage.
There are 2 bathrooms
The first bathroom is an ensuite to Bedroom 1 with a walk-in shower
Bathroom 2 has a shower over the bath
There is a Games room with a Pool table and Foosball.

Pets allowed but must be approved first. There is an extra cleaning fee of $100 for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.

Lee S.Wonderful vacation spot
The home is beautiful and cozy. Although we only used part of the house it was perfect. Everything was clean and in good shape. We spent almost everyday in the pool and jacuzzi . The pond was right behind the house and we watched all the wildlife . Neighbors were kind and talkative. Hopefully we can rent this again!

The villa was absolutely wonderful as well as the pool and exactly as shown on the site picture.We were in Florida for 10 nights. The company which takes care of the site was also great, they responded quickly to a request regarding a smoke alarm beeping. They came first thing to change the battery, we were very impressed with the service.We 100% recommend this residence and the company, it was amazing. Duane M.Great Location, Close to Parks, Private Oasis
So many great things to say about this private getaway! Plenty of room for a big family! The private pool wasn't heated (our choice not to) so it was a little cool, but definitely not so cold that we couldn't use it. Hedges on the sides of the pool area provide privacy from the neighbors and the back of the pool area allows a great view of the pond. You'll get to see Al or Allie if you keep your eyes on the water. Lots of other wildlife to be seen as well- deer, numerous birds, and even a raccoon...yes, all from inside the screened in lanai! Kitchen has all you need. Many movies to watch, and several games (cards, board games, etc.) With 4 bedrooms and three baths, (one adjoins the two smaller bedrooms) there, you wouldn't have to "wait long to go!" Theme parks are close enough that you go in the morning, shoot home for lunch and naps, then go back for the evening!A few things we wish about this place-- though none of these are deal breakers... 1) that "extras" from previous guests (canned goods, basic food staples, left over shampoo, sun screen etc things you can't take on the plane- LOL!) could be left for the next guest as many other places do so good food doesn't go to waste-- you have to throw it out as you leave. It is completely bare so prepare to buy everything you need. 2) that there were pool floats, toys, etc-- yes, just the two of us, but we like to toss a ball to each other and 3) that there was a guest book for everyone to write in and share their experiences, most of the other homes we've rented have them, and it's fun to see where everyone is from!We would def rent this place again. It was the getaway we needed to recoup from a long hard winter.
