We are FloRentals , owners of beach-front, oceanview condos ideally located on Hollywood beach along side the Sian, Hyde, Beachwalk, Ocean Club, the other Tides, Sea Air towers, Alexander Tower, Westin Diplomat, 2080, Crown Plaza and walking distance to Walmart, restaurants, marinas, bike rentals, tiki bars on beach, and Hollywood boardwalk. We are owners of several condos on Hollywood Beach
Our 1br condos differ in bedding arrangement (some have a king, others 2 queen beds, and all have sofa beds), and on various floors (14, 12, 9, 5th floors). All are nicely renovated, private WiFi in condo, 2 HDTVs, beach chairs, ice-maker, iron/board, hairdryer and all the linens and kitchen settings to accommodate 2-6 people comfortably. Just bring your toothbrush and enjoy life on the beach.
OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)
1) Cleaning fee (1 time charge)
The cleaning fee for a 1 Bedroom unit is $150 to $170
The cleaning fee for a 2 Bedrooms unit is $170
2) Key Fob (non-refundable fee)
Upon your arrival, you will need to pay an activation fee of 30$USD for each key FOB purchased. One key fob must be purchased for 2 adults. Two key fob must be purchased for 3 or 4 adults. Key FOB gives you access to building facilities, common areas (gym, pool, beach). This fee in payable on site upon your arrival at the guest office of the resort (by credit card only).
This fee is not included in the price of your stay.
2) Parking "Go-and-Come-as-You-Want" (optional)
Upon arrival, you may also pay the parking fee related to your stay at the valet parking counter next to the main entrance of the 3801 or 3901 building. Prices are as follows :
- 1 Week : $100 *e.g., if you stay 2 or 5 days, resort will charge $100
- 2 Weeks : $125
- 3 Weeks : $150
- 1 Month:$175
*note: the resort asks for a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener that should be placed inside your car.
* Parking fees are subject to change.
3) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and have your packages delivered at the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.
4) COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chip card that is made available to you in the condo. To do laundry, you must reload the chipcard at the payment machine that is located on the ground floor. The washer costs 1,85$/use, Dryer costs 1,85$/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

We recently stayed at the unit on the 8th floor. Very spacious, comfortable bed, clean, comfortable sofa beds and a breeze to book with Mike. He was accommodating, answered all of our questions and made it simple to rent from. Would definitely recommend this place and looking forward to booking it again.

Condo was beautifully decorated and furnished with everything we possibly needed to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and ocean access and their view from the balcony.. The renting process from Mike the owner went very smoothly with absolutely no issues. Mike, owner was great to work with on deposit, what to expect upon arrival and even allowed us to stay 1 extra hour on Saturday due to time of our flight home. Mike gave us link to Circuit to use for transportation for lunches. His condo was really nice and pool was fantastic when temps were 70-80 each day.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures, very clean and well maintained. The location is very good. There is a grocery inside the building, a Seven Eleven across the street. Walmart and publix very close. Condo is perfectly situated for beach and pool activities. Condo is very clean and had all amenities and linens needed for our stay, even including paper towels and coffee filters. All of the amenities of the high rise building are available to renters including exercise room and front office staff. Parking is always available and close to entrance. We enjoyed our stay and would come again during a non holiday period when rates are less expensive. Thanks for the hospitality.

Absolutely fantastic location and condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Family of 4 with two kids. Right on the beach, close to Walmart and heated pool. Place is clean, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our trip extra special. Condo owner is a pleasure to deal with and such a nice honest person. He really made the whole experience better and made us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again!

Gail G.Tides 12th Floor 1 bedroom Condo.
The condo was very neat and clean. It has a cute layout with a great oceanview. Being an older couple, the bathroom, being quite small, caused us to struggle getting in and out of the outdated tub to shower. No tub bath mat or any type of handle to help from slipping while getting in and out. We would seriously consider returning if the Bathtub was updated, and a new kitchen faucet installed.

Loved the location of the property and how secure it was. Clean resort, area, location. Walking distance to many eateries and Publix, beach was a quick walk and has well marked Beach paths. Beach is great to swim and walk. Short drive to Hollywood boardwalk which was wonderful! Public (free) bus transportation took us to the mall which was very close (10 min) ride.

We stayed at The Tides in a 2 bedroom condo from August 6-15. The condo was fully equipped with all the amenities to make the stay as comfortable as being at home. It was very clean upon arrival and the hosts were so nice and a pleasure to deal with. We had an incredible view and the ocean was beautiful tourquoise the time we were there. We had access to both pools and the beach was clean and incredible! We look forward to staying there again and have also recommended it to friends and family!

Stayed at Tides, 12th floor, unit C. Great placement in building, balcony is always in shade but good view of ocean. We didn't rent a car and it was easy to walk for groceries. Pools are lovely and can almost always find shade or Sun to lay in. Condo is a little sterile, not much personality but has everything you need. We were a party of 2 so ample room.

Freya W.Love The Tides--and Florida Experience
The Tides' apt, location, amenities (eg pool, beachfront area, nicely-kept grounds etc) were terrific. The parking was especially accessible. The Tides is conveniently located between the lovely Hollywood Boardwalk and a great shopping area (with a Walmart!). Arrangements for the rental were facilitated by the excellent Florida Rental agent and Esther, the apt caretaker. We hope to stay there again!!

Love this condo!! We had a side balcony with a view of the ocean The condo was decorated nicely and was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. Esther, who takes care of these for Michael, was very pleasant. Michael was very easy to do business with. He gave us all the information we needed to check in. Michael's wife also called when we were on our way asking if there was anything else we needed. There is lot to due around Hollywood Fl. I would stay here again!

My husband and I needed a mid winter getaway, our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we need, very close walk to the ocean (we did have an ocean view). Everyone one was very friendly and helpful. The building was secure and safe. Our only complaint was the key fob to get into the building from the garage and the entrance for ocean visitors and the elevator at that entrance that needed the key fob in order to open did not work the entire week so we had to rely on others to let us in. We still had a fantastic time!!
