This gorgeous property features an open floor plan with elegant furnishings, state of the art kitchen with Viking appliances and an induction cooktop, quartz countertops, a wine cooler, White polished stone floors, and a vaulted ceiling in the living room, tray ceilings in dining room, master and Foyer. There is a large outdoor, screened in, entertaining space with a built-in grill. With a Charcoal Grill to be used outside. Fill up your boat cooler using the commercial ice machine in the garage. Enjoy a relaxing day kayaking with the two kayaks provided with the rental.
Each room has a king-sized mattress. The 4th bedroom by pool also has a pull-out sleeper sofa. Each room has its own bathroom. There is a pool table for your use off the kitchen area. The shower in the Master Bath has 5 separate shower heads. Amazing
The Pool is Heated and the Canal has 3 Fish lights to watch the fish at night
This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just minutes from Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise. This house has spared no expense in being its very own paradise, you will never want to leave!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an amazing stay at Sunny Daze! My husband, our kids, and I absolutely loved this house. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The heated pool was a huge hit with the kids, and we spent hours enjoying it every day. The outdoor area, dock, and kayaks made it easy to enjoy the beautiful waterfront setting.The location was perfect, and the house was exactly as described. It was well-maintained, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.We made some incredible family memories here and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway in Marathon!

Antonio P.Sunny Daze in Marathon!
I didn’t know much about Marathon other than it was in the keys. Upon hearing from a family friend that it was the Keys best kept secret we couldn’t resist. The Sunny Daze house was perfect for my family of 5 but could easily house more. More than enough space, a large fully equipped kitchen with a huge island. Comfortable and clean bedrooms with their own bathrooms. They all have big showers as well. My kids really enjoyed taking out the kayaks that the house had over to Sombrero beach. The house is centrally located within Marathon and is only about 5 minutes from both grocery stores. You’re ten minutes away from the turtle hospital and aquarium. You’re also fifteen minutes away from the dolphin rescue. Pretty much all restaurants are ten minutes away or less. We’re already trying to figure out a date to go back with a bigger group! Thanks a lot Sunny Daze and we hope to see you again this summer!
