2200 sq. ft. Our fabulous 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom luxury vacation villa is set in the tranquil location of beautiful Watersong and the property overlooks a conservation area at the rear.
The villa sleeps 12 guests and boasts a private pool as well as a games room.
Situated at the front of the house as you enter, there is a quiet place to relax.
The luxurious sofa can convert into sofa bed which is big enough for one large person or two smaller people.
Adjoining to the Lounge, the Dining room has a luxury table and 6 chairs for formal eating.
At the rear of the property there is an impressively light and airy area with sofas, 65’’ TV and high ceiling. This will be the most used area, as a family, in the villa. The soft furnishings are plenty and comfortable. An ideal place to relax at the end of a hectic day out and about; alternatively have a lazy day relaxing by the pool to just soak up some of the famous Florida sunshine. There is a toilet just off this area
A fully functional, spacious, kitchen is provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fitted with cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils. Everything you will need to exercise those culinary skills. If you don’t feel like cooking, pick up the phone and order a takeaway.
An additional dining area with the kitchen is provided with table and 6 chairs, overlooking the pool area.
There is a 30ft pool with plenty of deck space that looks out over a conservation area, so complete privacy as you are not overlooked. This area has a large, covered lanai (patio).
There is an outside table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining. In addition, there are loungers provided for the sun worshippers. Also, there are 2 ceiling fans with lights.
A safety fencing is available to stop young children entering the pool unsupervised.
The pool can be heated (optional extra).
There are no houses at the back overlooking the villa, so it truly is an escape from the hustle and bustle.
There is a laundry room with washer & dryer.
Through the laundry room a door leads to the games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

On the landing there is a further sitting area called “The Den” There is a flat screen TV. An ideal area to relax and sprawl in.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
There is also off-street parking for two cars.
This location is ideally placed as it is less than 20 minutes away from Disney.
In addition to all that Disney Worlds offers don't forget the Universal theme Parks, Sea World, Water Parks and fine restaurants, theatres & nightclubs.
There are a couple of world class golf courses nearby and don't forget the Disney golf courses for an extra special experience.
For the keen shoppers you are within easy driving distance of downtown Orlando which is a shopper’s paradise, including the Outlet Malls.

The home was just what we needed plenty of room for everyone my grandsons first trip to Florida was made by facing their own room and a pool to swim in The area of Davenport was great between Kissimmee and Haines City. Close to shops and restaurants The house was clean with ample towels and having the washer and dryer was a bonus Will definitely rent again Stephen was great when we had a slight issue he got back to me right awayGerri

We had a great time at this home. The heated pool was a nice bonus to relax at the end of the day. It was enough space for us. The house was clean (even with Covid we were comfortable with staying in this rental) and had everything we needed to cook. We will definitely do it again.

The house was amazing! Much bigger than we'd imagined. The cleaning service should be commended, as the house was spotless on arrival. The pool was wonderful after spending long days in the parks. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and Universal was about 25. Far enough away for us to enjoy the solitude the house provided. The master bathrooms are HUGE, and the beds were all comfy. The half bath off the pool was a brilliant addition. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals for our extended family of nine. The furnishings are very nice. Three sitting couches were great for our larger crew. The neighborhood is very safe, and we never heard a noise at night. Publix and Walmart for groceries were close to the house. We would definitely stay here again. The management company sent someone to greet us, to make sure we had all we needed, and asked if we had questions. Every house we've ever rented has had something broken, missing, rusty...sometimes sliders that don't stay on tracks, etc. There was not one thing to complain about here! (Be careful to double check the freezer door, because it pops open slightly after you shut the fridge.) Thank you ever so much for a very welcoming, comfortable stay in this gorgeous house!

We recently returned from a week in this lovely home, it suited our needs perfectly. Two master suites, comfortable living , dining area and pool with spa area. Especially liked the covered outdoor eating area. Well located to shopping, entertainment , restaurants and all theme parks a short drive away. Owners answered all questions and responded quickly. Will definitely consider a return stay and recommend this property.
