Virginia and James H.Beautiful home close to beaches and shopping
We rented this home December 22-February 23 and again for December 23 thru February 2024. Home is well furnished and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The layout of this home is perfect. Close to shopping in Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, and Venice to also near by. Great beaches nearby. Port Charlotte Beach and Venice beach both have piers that are great for walks.

The host is absolutely phenomenal! Excellent communication! Home is clean,bright,comfortable and in a quiet, safe neighborhood, Great location… to grocery stores,shopping,restaurants and beaches. We have been coming to Florida for the past 8 years and found this beautiful home which was the Perfect home away from home! We are staying here again.

This home is great. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open, airy and well lit. Great area to entertain guests or just relax. The master bedroom is large with a walk in closet and a very nice adjoining bathroom with a roomy shower. The other bedrooms are comfortable sized for guests and a very nice bathroom to share. Its so inviting have a coffee or a cocktail in the screened lanai and feel the light breeze and the quiet, in this area . The only issue we had as first tennant's was the internet and tv. The home owner is working to correct This.
