Everything you could ask for!

We felt like we had a little taste of paradise in this beautiful, well-appointed condo. The condo itself was clean, beautifully furnished, and tastefully decorated. The owners go to great lengths to make guests feel very at home- and pampered! We loved the comfortable beds and the well-equipped kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful with a few minor problems that arose, and were quick to remedy the situation. We had family and friends visit, and everyone loved the condo as much as we did. As for the grounds and amenities, we couldn't have asked for more! The pools and grounds were very well cared for, and the beach is so beautiful! We enjoyed our walks to the river and marina across the street. Such a lovely place- we are hoping to return!

Exceeded Expectations

Loved this place so much, I booked it again. It's oceanfront, spotless, comfortable and the host could not be more accommodating. It is well stocked with essentials and the grounds are lovely. It is conveniently located near many restaurants, has a great pool, tennis courts and pickleball.....what more do you need.

I DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was by far the best all-around rental we have ever stayed in! And we’ve stayed in a lot.Most importantly to me, it was spotless! Some of the days & nights it was just me and our dog. I felt very safe. This is definitely the most well stocked rental we’ve ever had. There were plenty of dish towels, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and just about every spice you can imagine for cooking. All of the cleaning supplies, you should need throughout the month. The bathrooms were well stocked with nice clean soft towels. All of the laundry supplies you need are all organized right next to the organized first aid supplies. This is the first time in a long time that we haven’t had to go buy things like dish towels, bath towels, chip clips, zip lock bags, etc. Last year we even had to go buy 3 sets of sheets and 3 mattress covers. That’s a whole other rental fail. Kathy’s condo is perfect! She also has a closet with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, a bluetooth speaker and fishing rods & some tackle. Although we did bring some of our own items because many places say they have these items, then when you get there they’re either missing, broken or there is not enough. Not so at Kathy’s place! You can really leave all that stuff at home! She’s got you covered! Kathy is so friendly and easy to talk with. It’s obvious that she wants her renters to have a great time. She always got right back to us to answer our questions.The 3 pools are beautiful, cool and refreshing. If you like to look for shells, sea glass, or sharks teeth, this is a great place to look! One if the most important amenities for us is that we could bring our dog. And our adult son could also bring his dog. The best part of that for us is the weight of your dog doesn’t matter! What a concept! I don’t understand why so many rentals have weight limits for dogs. Our dogs aren’t tiny, but they’re well behaved and friendly! And we pick up after them just like people with little dogs. There are a lot of dog people there at the condos. You’ll see dogs of many shapes and sizes. This condo is also in a great location. The beach isn’t crowded at all. Your dog is also allowed on the beach. The local restaurants all have delicious food. St. Augustine is 20-30 min. down the road. If you like shopping its15-20 min. across the bridge to a little more lively Palm Coast. Basically I can’t find one negative thing to say about this condo! It’s all good!

The PERFECT Condo!

We were so lucky to stay in this beautiful condo for the month of February 2023. First of all, Linda was amazing and responded immediately to any questions. She sincerely cares about your vacation! The condo is really spacious and comfortable with every convenience--large tv's, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, fishing rods, wonderful towels and sheets, great appliances. The beds, the patio, the beautiful decor--WOW! The furniture was all so comfortable, and the condo was spotless. We love the property which has the option of several pools and is beautifully kept. The location couldn't be better, just over the dunes to the beach, down a little path to the pool, and a short drive to St. Augustine. I would always choose this condo. Thank you, Linda and Glen for allowing us to rent from you. We hope to see you again.

relaxing

This property is perfect for anyone looking for something quiet. Grounds are very well maintained and the condo is spacious and inviting. There is great drive out access to beaches towards St Augustine Beach and that was our favorite day trip! We are excited to head back next year, Linda and Glen were amazing owners and wonderful to communicate with.

Favorite Rental At Surf Club!!!!

Our stay in Linda's unit was nothing less than exceptional! We have stayed in many units at the same property over the last 15 years, and this unit was top of the linel! Linda and Glen thought of EVERYTHING! The convenience of the downstairs balcony was wonderful! The patio was delightful to enjoy the afternoon breeze and listen to the waves! In moments, you could be on the beach or at the pool! I have never experienced such hospitality as we did when we entered the rental for the first time! In the months leading up to our time at Surf Club, Linda and I communicated regularly through email, and she was so great to work with! I truly feel like I have gained a friend through the process! I hope to be able to return to Linda and Glen's beautiful home many more times!!!!

Palm Coast Perfection

We stayed here in April 2022. The accommodations were amazing, everything we needed and then some. It was spotless, the view was beautiful. Pools were amazing, we had the absolute best time, looking forward to going back!

Beautiful Ground Floor Ocean Front Condo

From the moment we arrived, we knew that we were going to have a memorable and pleasant stay at Surf Club III, #120. We were welcomed into this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment with a bottle of wine and a bone for our standard poodle. The unit is very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the conveniences of home.Apartment amenities include a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, ground floor patio, HDTVs, and internet. Open the patio door and enjoy the ocean breeze and the rhythm of the waves as they wash ashore. Also provided is everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool areas. Covered parking and the building itself are well maintained and spotless!This is an excellent property and very convenient. The beach, as well as the pool, with a hot tub, a BBQ area, and a gym, are all a hop, skip, and a jump away. Tennis and pickleball courts are located across the street as are kayaking and wildlife watching at the Matanzas. A definite must-do! Building management and the landlord are always available if you have any questions or concerns.All and all, this is a win-win property, and definitely a memorable stay!

Great unit to stay in

The condo at 60 Surf View in Palm Coast was lovely. The sound of the ocean was a delight and only a few steps outside of the patio. This condo was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything that one could need. Linda, the owner was a pleasure to work with. We definitely would recommend this listing.

Great unit to stay in

The condo was beyond what we expected in a very good way. It was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could ask for down to the beach chairs and beach umbrellas. I was a very short walk to the beach from the condo's patio and the pool was also a short distance away. The area was beautiful and there were a number of very good restaurants within a 5 mile radius. If there was one drawback it was having to cross over a toll bridge if you wanted to get to certain parts of Palm Coast but the owners thought of that as well and left a pass for 30 trips over the bridge at no charge to us.It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it for anyone that wanted a place to rest, relax and enjoy the Florida weather.

Wonderful condo and very nice location.

This property is a very nice, 1st floor condo that is 80 to 100 yards from the Atlantic. It is fully equipped and decorated with quality furnishings and newer kitchen appliances. There is an area nearby that has a water a hose to keep your vehicle clean. There are beaches, beautiful parks, and walking and bicycle trails everywhere.Fish the Atlantic from the beach just off your patio or cross the street to fish the Intercoastal. At Washington Oaks State Park, about a mile away, you can go to the beach on the east side of A1A or into the gardens west of A1A. Just past the gardens, and beside the Intercoastal, there are picnic tables and charcoal grills for your use. Dolphins and shore birds can be watched just about anytime.It's a very nice area and everyone we talked with was friendly and helpful.Great condo, great location. JD
