All Pets need to be approved- also requires a Refundable Pet Fee & Pet fee of $250.00
We'd love to have you as our guest- If you are interested in booking this reservation, please either call or text Michelle Martin. Please send me an e-mail stating the name the reservation will be under, the number of guests staying, billing address, cell phone & how you wish to leave your 50% deposit. Credit card payments please add 4% for a credit card fee. Zelle 3% & checks are free- Venmo is free unless a fee is added. The final payment is due 30 days before you arrive. Please be prepared to leave a credit card & driver’s license on file. All pets need to be approved with a pet fee & Pet deposit. Stays over 14 days, requires extra cleaning to ensure the standards are maintained in our vacation home.

We invite you to our slice of paradise, Villa Terra Mar. This home has been so special to us - this is our second vacation home & we loved renovating it -keeping in mind our guest's wants and needs. We love knowing your family is now making new wonderful memories here in our beach house!
