Conveniently situated near the beach/shopping, perfect spot for the whole family.
PS - Anna Maria Island Beach Café is just across the street on the Beach which offers a GREAT breakfast. While sitting with your toes in the white sands. Try the "all you can eat pancakes" with limitless cups of coffee. They also offer live entertainment every evenings.

POOL
Tropical Private Heated Pool year round with sounds of a relaxing waterfall. The cute little attention to details of the pool are sure to delight the children in your group. Relax under your own TIKI while kids are playing in the pool.

Excellent pool amenities are an outdoor shower (with hot water), bathroom just across the corner on the same floor and a fridge in the garage to grab some cold drinks - eliminating the need to constantly go up to the main level while relaxing.

ELEVATOR
Calico is equipped with an elevator! Bringing your luggage and grocery in is easy! You can also take the stairs or the elevator to the tower terrace that has views of the surrounding island and glimpses of the gulf! Enjoy an evening cocktail while catching one of the amazing sunsets that Anna Maria is famous for!
*Please note this home is not wheelchair accessible and is maintained as a residential elevator for convenience only. If the elevator unexpectedly becomes inoperable, stairs are required.

LIVING ROOM
Soaring cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan make the living room a breezy place to kick back. Cozy up on an oversized sofa and watch the 65″ flat-screen with Netflix/Cable/DVD. The nautical color palette brings the hues of Anna Maria Island inside.

DINING AREA
Come dinnertime, the open layout definitely comes in handy. Cook up something delicious while the kids watch TV or play a game of Anna Maria Island Monopoly with the grandparents at the nearby 8-person dining table.

KITCHEN
The kitchen at Calico AMI features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and well-stocked cabinets with everything you may need.

Fully stocked along with some extras like a fondue pot and a Vitamix Blender for your morning smoothies or your afternoon cocktails. For the coffee lovers, we added a Cuisinart Drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine for your use. Be sure to bring your favorite K-cups or pick some up at the grocery store 5 minutes away.

LANAI
This enclosed space beside the pool has glass doors that can fully open to the views of the beautiful pool with sounds of waterfalls. Lots of sitting areas, gas grill, charcoal grill, flat screen TV (equipped with Netflix), Bluetooth sound bar. Gorgeous all year round.

BEDROOMS / BATHROOMS
Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screens and Netflix.

The First King Suite Bedroom is spacious with a wet bar and fridge. The extra large bath includes a deep tub and glass shower with 7 shower heads!

The Second Suite Bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with a beautiful walk in tiled shower.

The 3rd guest room has two twin beds with trundle beds and the bathroom equipped with a tub/shower. This bathroom is connected to the hallway as the main floor bathroom.

BONUS ROOM
Tower room - king sized bed with amazing large windows equipped with sun blocking shades.

GARAGE
Send teens to the Garage for a ping pong match or dare them to an Arcade Pac Man highest score challenge. The garage is also equipped with a second fridge and beach equipment (Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, kid toys, baby beach play pen). Stay tune as we are adding a basketball game in 2023!

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is on the main level and has a washer and a dryer for you to use during your stay.
