Why this property? Unit was renovated in 2015 & has all the things that guests would like & need in a Beachfront Unit. The Views & sunsets from this 18th Floor Balcony are truly remarkable & different 365 days a year !!!

Winter getaway

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was well kept, clean and all the amenities one would need. The best part was the sunsets on the patio!!

I liked it so much.I hoped to stay two weeks longer next year.

The view from the 18th floor is wonderful. Sunsets are relaxing surrounding sea ,lagoon and nature at work.

Paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the condo and Marco Island. The unit has been beautifully renovated and decorated which equated to a wonderful experience. The views of the gulf and sunsets are spectacular. The convenience of the location allows for relaxing walks on the beach and access to all the local pubs and dining locations. Truly an experience in paradise.
