We've been coming to southseas for over 25 years and when ever possible we want to return to one of Len's units, he's always given us great advice on which units are available and his rental prices are always very fair. We travel from Canada and it's very reassuring to have someone who I can genuinely trust and Len bubri is that person! In fact he really makes us feel welcomed when we get to the island. Lynn F.Nice Unit, Nice Location, but AC problem!
Our stay in Unit 1801 at South Seas North Tower 4 on Marco Island, Florida 4 was enjoyable. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The view was terrific. The pool was awesome. The AC however was disappointing, 78 degrees was as cool as we could get it and too warm for us. Even with two box fans and a noisey ceiling fan in the main bedroom going full bore the whole time. Seems there might have been a building wide problem as we had to evacuate due to a "problem reported in the building", treking down and eventually back up 17 floors of stairs at 2 am. It was later reported there was a water probem that may have impacted the AC. Really no other complaints, we'd stay again if we could be guaranteed a cooler temp in the unit. Our contact, Len Bubri at Marco Island Realty was terrific-a very nice and caring gentleman.

We loved our stay at South Seas Tower 4. The host was very easy to work with and a great communicator. The condo was very clean and even nicer in person. The view of Tigertail beach and sunsets were great. The building was also clean and well cared for. We loved the location right on Tigertail beach. We also enjoyed the amenities - the pool was warm and not too crowded even during peak season. We also enjoyed the pickleball courts (which are full of serious players in the morning but open all afternoon). The clay tennis courts were also very nice. It was perfect for our family with two teen boys. We would stay here again!

From the ease of making the reservation, to obtaining the keys to the rental, to the friendliest guard at the entrance wearing a reindeer hat to obtaining the parking pass was seamless! Could not have been easier. The property was amazing with a view from the front or back that was stunning. We played pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard and had the best time. We shelled tiger tail beach every day with walking 5 miles every morning. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was anticipated. Bed was very comfortable and had a tv in every room. We cooked every day and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need. The covered parking was much appreciated. The balcony has a high top table and lower chairs as well. You can watch the sunset nightly while sipping on a beverage of your choice. Working with Len was so easy. We will be back. We loved our stay on Marco island!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the condo and Marco Island. The unit has been beautifully renovated and decorated which equated to a wonderful experience. The views of the gulf and sunsets are spectacular. The convenience of the location allows for relaxing walks on the beach and access to all the local pubs and dining locations. Truly an experience in paradise.
