Richard L.Lovely, Comfortable, Renovated Condominium, with a Million Dollar View!
We had an excellent stay on Marco Island in what was a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. This unit also features an expansive balcony with a fabulous view of nearly all of Marco Island's west coast beaches. The pool area was very well kept and during our stay (2 weeks prior to Easter) there never seemed to be any difficulty in finding a pool side lounge chair, regardless of when one went down to the pool. About the only item we personally had a little difficulty with is the distance from the property to the waters of the Gulf. It is about a 8 - 10 minute walk from the pool area to the shore. That isn't an issue for most people but as we are advanced in years, we have physical ailments that make that walk somewhat difficult for us personally. The owner (Len) is fantastic and a pleasure to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!

This was the perfect condo for two couples, the bedrooms, baths were spacious with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was spotless and well stocked. Beautiful Decorated Condo, Very Comfortable and Clean. We loved the Beach Access easy to walk on and collect the most beautiful shells. Loved the huge Balcony. The owner Len very easy to communicate with which to us is very important.

We had the pleasure of staying in one of Len's Condo's in October, 2022 right after the hurricane hit. Let makes the whole process so easy and seamless. He is very accommodating and helpful to ensure you have a wonderful experience. His unit was very clean, with wonderful decor. It had everything that would could need. They even supply the necessary items needed for the beach. Len was accessible via phone and/or text and very quick responses. We will continue to rent from Len, as this was our 4th time renting one of his condo's.

This is our Marco home every year for two weeks. Yoga on the long balcony, tennis and pickleball, beach walk and sunsets without having to get in the car! Great new upgrades and kitchen with everything we need. We'll be rebooking soon. Len is the best!

House looked brand new. Love the outdoor area and pool. When we weren't at the beach we were sitting around the pool. Liked the covered area outside for grandpa. We sat outside the one day we had rain. Great kitchen area, large master. Will definitly be back.
