Cleaning Fee is assessed per rental. Rental tax of 12% is per the state of Florida and assessed individually based on the rental term and total amount.
No smoking/No pets permitted. Total amount is due in FULL at the time of signing the contract and prior to your scheduled stay. Additional security deposit of $1500 will be added to the total amount due and is FULLY Refundable upon inspection. Special incentives may be available for rentals of 3 months or more. For peak season months, January to April, rental is for the full calendar month only and cannot be broken up. No refunds will be provided should the renter leave the property prior to contract dates.
Rental agreement must be canceled no less than 60 days prior to contracted start date to be eligible for a full refund.

My husband and I rented for the month of March so we could enjoy spring training baseball and the warm weather. The condo is located in a well maintained gated community that is centrally located for just about anything we wanted to do whether it was baseball games, shopping, church, groceries, breweries, plays etc. We took advantage of the miles of paved walking paths and amazing workout facility. There is also a huge pool and pickleball and tennis courts.The condo is professionally decorated with a lovely lanai where we ate all of our meals. Every room has a TV and the owners subscribe to a premium channel package. Mike was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This is hands down the perfect getaway. You will not be disappointed. We would definitely rent again.
