Stayed in this unit two weeks ago on the advice of Len Bubri. Wonderful view, clean and well decorated Condo. We love the South Seas Club! Easy walk to the beach and great lanai for afternoons out of the Sun. Len has a number of properties he helps with and can help you find the right one in South Seas. Disclaimer: Len sold our Condo in Bld 3 in 2022 and is helping us buy a Condo in Bld 3

Great location and sun set, needs disposal and functioning ice maker, master bed was great, owner responsive for some demands, he need to show the unit to the renter and tell them how to run the tv and appliances..

I’ve stayed on Marco Island and at South Seas Condominiums many times and this condo is one of my favorites! Sunsets from the balcony that overlooks Tigertail State Park are just a couple of reasons I like to stay here, others are because Len, the owner, has refurbished and furnished his condos to make you feel at home, but they are also showroom beautiful! The condo is stocked to make the stay even better, from a kitchen that has all the equipment you need to stay and cook at home, to enough beach equipment to keep the whole family set for a beach or pool day, you don’t have to bring anything from home, it’s all there!Len is always there to help if needed and is one if the best owners I’ve dealt with over the past 6 years. I always check to see if he has a condo available before I look anywhere else. You can’t go wrong with a stay here, and I’ll be back again soon!

Marco Island as always is not like any other Florida location, quiet, clean and the service everywhere you go and no matter what you need is excellent!
