A spacious pool, deck, and hot tub are on the property, with a fishing dock into the intracoastal waterway that is directly behind the property.
This location is absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway, with lots of great nearby attractions such as restaurants, parks, mini golf, and water sports.
As a bonus, it is a short drive from the airports, the cities of Tampa, St. Pete, and Clearwater, and the Busch Gardens Amusement Park and Water Park, as well as only 2 hours away from Orlando and its Disney, Universal Studios, and other parks.

It is directly across the street on the left if standing in the parking lot and looking towards it.
Check in is after 3 PM on the day of arrival, and prior to 10 AM on the day of departure.
