The home is located in Lindfields; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and is conveniently located for the other attractions. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions and Margaritaville resort.
This bright and airy home offers space and tranquillity with its own private pool. This is a home from home with all the amenities you could want/need. It can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The modern decorated living space offers comfortable seating and a space where all the family can relax and hang out. There is direct access to the pool and deck from this space. The open plan space gives access to all areas. The sofa in the lounge converts to a sleeper.
There is a fully fitted kitchen, which is lovely to be able to have breakfast before you all head out on your exciting day and/or to cook your evening meal at night. Fill the fridge with drinks and snacks for all the family. There are all the appliances and utensils that you could possibly need. The dining space is just off the kitchen with views over the pool and deck.
Outside you have your own private pool. You can relax in and around the pool. Plenty of seating and loungers are provided. There is a covered lanai and a space for al fresco dining. You don’t tend to be overlooked.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, and 2 bathrooms.

The sofa in the living space makes a sleeper.
All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage & TV’s. All bed linen and towels are provided.

We booked this villa for our daughters bday vacation, and like all our adventures, this was another one for the books. Definitely recommend! Very clean, spacious living room, bedrooms as well. Feels like just home away from home. Had no issues at all and neighborhood is well located an enjoyed every bit of it.

Villa was easy to find, near plenty of shops and restaurants. Villa was nice and clean, could have done either a bit of tlc. Ad we entered the villa there were lots of bushes protruding over the path A few products had been left for us to use which was very kind Our main bedroom was lovely, with en suite and large built in wardrobe Living room furniture was clean and well used There were a lot of plugs with flashing red lights which I assumed were to help keep pests at bay, after having a bad night's sleep one night I realised I wasn't alone in the kitchen and the equivalent of Usain Bolt in cockroach form was there, ran into the lounge before heading for the bedroom, luckily hubby and I were able to trap and dispatch it, I didn't know until we returned home that hubby had despatched another two in the bathroom. The pool was lovely and clean bilut like inside would benefit from some work, the pool pump however sounded like Thomas the tank engine, we spoke to the pool maintenance man who was going to mention to the management team, to be fair, some days it chugged away a bit quieter. Although the villa was in a good convenient area, the surroundings were often quite noisy, the dogs next door woke us at 3am on several occasions and there was often lots of maintenance noise round about throughout the day The villa was reasonable value for money and would definitely go to the Lindfields area again

This well maintained villa was in the perfect location, close enough to the parks that it didn’t take long to get there but far enough away for it to be tranquil. We had a great view from our pool & the neighbourhood was peaceful & well looked after. The villa itself had everything we needed & was clean. The beds were comfortable & spacious. We would highly recommend & we would definitely go back. We needed to contact the management company once during our stay & they were extremely prompt replying & answered our questions

Peter H.Perfect villa close to attractions
Superb villa close to Disney, Universal and Seaworld an all the other Attractions Kissimmee has to offer. The villa is near the 192 and that is my favorite spot. A lot of attractions and nice stores are located there; for example old town, medieval times etc. The villa itself is very comfortable and was large enough for our party of 5. As a bonus there was a pool and football table in the garage from which we made use of every night. In short a perfect villa for a perfect vacation near Kissimmee and all of its attractions.
