For added convenience, the home includes two fold-up twin-size
beds that can be set up in any bedroom or common area. These extra beds
are available for guests who need additional sleeping space.
There is a further half bathroom and a full bathroom on the downstairs
floor, so 5 bathrooms in total.
The pool area is amazing with a covered lanai and lots of seating. The pool has a spa and can be heated for additional fee. The whole area is fully screened.
There is a games room with pool table for family entertainment.
The laundry room has a washer and drier.
Inside the villa it is strictly non smoking. Pets under 40lb are allowed with prior agreement and a $150 pet fee.
There is a resort fee of $45 dollars to be paid at the club house , this is a one time fee and gives access to:
Main Pool 8am -9pm Daily
Slide & Lazy River 10:30am – 5:00pm Daily
Fitness center / Gym 6:00am – 11pm Daily
Café 11:30am – 6pm Daily
Tennis Court & Kids Playground Dawn – Dusk
This single fee of $45 covers all 14 guests.

Great family-friendly house with a stunning pool and wonderful hot tub. Close to all major theme parks, many restaurants & stores. Neighborhood is super quiet with walking paths & nearby park.
