Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay!

Additional Details:
Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged and ready for you when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. No worries about losing keys during your stay, as this home is accessed via a coded keypad at its main entryway.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date.

PET POLICY: This home is pet-friendly for up to 30lb in size, but all pets must be approved and are subject to a pet fee of $150 per pet. Please request approval before booking

*Weddings and/or receptions are not permitted within this home or on premises. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines.

NEIGHBORHOOD AMENITIES
"Sunseeker's" expansive property and its amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community as well as a community pool (if desired).

PARKING/TRANSIT
"Sunseeker" will have five (5) dedicated parking spaces. Parking on the street is not permitted within Villas of Frangista, so please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain, the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!

"Sunseeker" is located within Frangista Beach community and beautifully situated just a short 7-8 minute walk from the private beach access or a 2-3 minute ride on the 6-passenger golf cart provided with the home.
