We loved our stay at Gulf Place 301. The unit was identical to the pictures and very clean. The location cannot be beat! So many great restaurants close by and EASY beach access at the private beach access points! Great communication from PBC and an easy check in/out process. We rented a golf cart, but it honestly wasn’t needed because so much is within walking distance. We will definitely be back! In gulf place, we enjoyed Cava and Cakes, Shunk Gulley and the Perfect Pig. Also, the Perfect Pig sells Charlie’s donuts to go which are some of the best donuts I’ve ever had!

This condo was everything that was described with wonderful ocean views. This was one of our favorite visits to the 30 A area and was a quieter area than the Destin/Sandestin area which is what we had hoped. Although a quieter area, there were so many things that were within walking distance including a wonderful bike path . The management was outstanding. The communication was excellent from beginning to the end of our stay. We will definitely return.

The unit is clean and nicely decorated. The location is closed to the Public Beach entrance. The area has several great restaurants and small shops. The only issue we had was with the internet, it is extremely slow. The unit has 4 tv one in each bedroom and one in the living room. You can only use one tv at the time. The rental company was great and I will definitely use the again.

Very large space with plenty of room, nice L shaped patio looking over the gulf place courtyard & shops, beautiful view of the ocean, & easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious. The pictures and listing information were accurate and the views of the gulf from the balcony and second bedroom were actually better than photographed. It is so close to shopping, eating and the beach access, which makes walking everywhere such a breeze. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

This was our second time in the condo. Check in was so easy via text with door code and even a text for an early check in. The online guide to services and rules of the condo were helpful. The condo was clean on our arrival and kitchen well equipped. So appreciate laundry facility in the condo! Bonus lots of hangers! We have stayed places where you are lucky to get 5. They have have lots of hangers! The condo is in Gulf Place. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed Shunk Gulley and The Vue. Our favourite part is being able to sit on the balcony and see the water.it is a corner unit so really the balcony wraps around. Perfect for Morning coffee or an afternoon beverage! One more reason …a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beach!

We ran down to the beach for a quick weekend stay and found this condo to be a great find. It is not on the beach but an easy walk through the Gulf Place area to 3 different path ways to the beach. The condo lay out is great essentially 2 master BR. Also had one bunk bed room. The common areas were very roomy and nicely decorated. We had most of what we needed in the kitchen as well. The rental company replied right away when there was a question or need. We would stay there again
