- Calypso Resort Registration Fee:
- $60 fee (includes 1 parking permit for the MAIN garage).
- Second vehicle pass may be purchased ($60 fee per vehicle).
- Additional vehicles may be considered on an exception basis outside of peak season. There is a $60 fee for each additional vehicle.
- Fees are controlled by the resort and subject to change.
- Guests are not permitted to be on property without proper registration.
- $300 refundable Security Deposit authorization held 3 days prior to arrival.

The condo was perfect! The view from the 12th floor was fantastic - not too high and not too low. As far as appliances, they have everything you need (Keurig and drip coffee maker!). There's even a closet with extra beach toys if you happen to forget yours. The beds were a bit firm for our liking, but mattresses are a personal preference anyway. :)The location is absolutely perfect. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Pier Park is practically right outside of the condo and Shuckum's (a family favorite) is just a short walk away. Walmart is a very short drive - just down Powell Adams Road.We wouldn't hesitate to stay at this location again. The hosts were great and very responsive to any questions we had. It was a wonderful stay.

We reserved this condo because it was a little less expensive than others and we wanted to stay at Calypso, which is in walking distance to Pier Park, Shuckums, Dusty's Oyster Bar and lots of great restaurants and bars. But we did not expect was how nice and well equipped this condo was. It totally exceeded our expectations.They had lots of beach gear like body boards. goggles for snorkeling, two amazing ocean floaties that we used for our entire stay, 4 beach chairs with umbrella, a Keurig with a couple of pods to get you started and super comfortable beds. The tiki bar between the pools and Beach was also fantastic. We went down every evening after had piña colada''s, lava flows and daiquiris by the bucket. Don't judge us.

I love the location of the property. It's right in the heart of Panama City Beach. The kids really enjoyed the beach, not to mention the large pool area. They spent countless hours there. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had all the kitchen items needed to cook our meals. The only issue I had was the operation of the dishwasher but our host Jenny walked me through how to get it working perfectly and in a timely manner. Thank you so much Jenny and Barbara for making our stay so pleasant. We shall return!

We spent 10 weeks in this condo as we are snow-birds from the cold mid-west. It is a very comfortable condo. Has all the comforts as our own home. If there are any issues Jenny or Nicky take care of it right away. Of course, the Calypso is located in the best area, within walking distance to Pier Park. We have spent many years there and enjoyed our condo so much we have rebooked it for next year.

This unit was just as advertised. It was clean upon our arrival and the check in and out procedure was probably the easiest I have experienced. Some condos require you to check in at a separate location to get keys/codes, wrist bands etc. The ladies at Premium Beach condos deal with all that for you. You receive an email with everything you need to know before you arrive and can go straight to your rental. The location is great because its walking distance from Pier Park and several restaurants. Which makes some of your activities very easy because you don't have to drive and fight traffic just to look for a parking space. I definitely recommend this unit and would stay with Premium again in the future.

We had been going back and forth about a BIG family vacation for a couple years. Knowing my children have not expierenced the beach yet, we knew we wanted to go visit Florida. After finding this property and doing some research, we decided to book it. It was amazing, everything was as advertised! Having the beach out front and the shopping center outback, made for little travel time. The property staff was very polite & helpful. We had vehicle trouble on our way down and Jenny was able to help us out with recommendations in the area that could help get things fixed. Jenny was very prompt at getting back to us with any questions. I would recommend this property to all my friends/family.

We really enjoyed our stay in our condo at the Calypso this year. The condo was very clean and comfortable and well maintained. The view of the water and beach while sitting on the comfortable deck chairs was great. We do a lot of walking and having the town of Pier Park so close gives us a great place to walk. My family traveled to Panama City Florida and stayed in this condo. The condo is pristine and very spacious. It has all new flooring and updated furniture. They also provide an abundance of extra linens and even a pack and play for families traveling with infants and toddlers. It is located just steps away from pier park and it is ocean front. We loved the sunsets from the balcony and occasionally a drink (or two) at the tiki bar by the pool. If you like being close to shopping and restaurants this is definitely the place for you. Jenny and Nikki, we really enjoyed our stay and we are very thankful for you hospitality.

SherylBeautiful View - Perfect Location
Our stay was exactly what we needed for a quick getaway. Waking up to the sounds of the waves and drinking coffee on the balcony each morning was just delightful plus having everything so close. The beach just an elevator trip down and literally a few steps and the pool right on the beach. Both were perfect places to relax. We walked to Pier Park each evening for dinner but we could have easily made our meals in the fully stocked kitchen.The condo is perfect for a family, although it was just the 2 of us this trip there is plenty of space for a family or several couples. We hope to return again.
