Welcome to our luxurious king suite! Our beachy home accommodates up to 7 people and provides over 1,000sq of living space! We have gorgeous views of the lake from balcony with light shows and a view of the beach from the front door and master bedroom! Our master bedroom has a comfy king side bed that comes with a TV and a private full bathroom. Down the hallway you will find a separate bunk bed with barn door that closes off for privacy. Next to bunk bed is another private full bathroom. Further down the unit you will find our spacious kitchen and living room that sleeps 2 additional people on the gel foam sleeper sofa. From the living room you will have access to the balcony with gorgeous views.
Our condo comes with all standard kitchen items. We also provide linens, bath towels, hand towels and face towels. For the beach we provide a beach umbrella, beach chairs and small beach cooler to store drinks.
We also supple a pack n play if you are traveling with an infant or young toddler. Please notify owner ahead of time if you will be using the pack n play so it can be set up ahead of time.

Unique Benefits
We are centrally located at Laketown Wharf with gorgeous views! We are also dead smack in the middle of all events at Panama City Beach! We are walking distance to Walmart so no car is necessary. The world renowned Wharf Buffet is literally on the 1st floor of our building! Pineapple Willy's is across the street on the beach. Upside-down house & Ripley's believe it or not is also walking distance and can be seen from the balcony. Our resort has so much to offer that you really don't have to leave the property if you don't want to! We have 5 pools and even a heated pool if you are staying during winter months! You can also grill on the property and we have areas for kids to run around and let their energy out.
Within a 5 minute drive you can access amazing restaurants, golfing, mini golf, parks, fishing, boat & dolphin tours, mall and go carts!
To access the condo you can park on the 2nd floor of our covered parking deck and walk to our room without having to use the stairs or elevators.

Our resort has a private pathway to the beach that is reachable within a 2 minute walk. We have an amazing 'Wharf Buffet' that is also located on the first floor if you want to stay within the resort. Across the street you can dine at Pineapple Willy's while watching our gorgeous sunsets on the beach. At night, Laketown Wharf comes alive as we celebrate another beautiful day on Panama City Beach with a massive lighted fountain show. This spectacular event is choreographed with dancing water, lights, and music and can be viewed right from our balcony!
Laketown Wharf also provides amenities that appeal to all ages… and budgets including a fitness center, five refreshing pools, heated pool, jacuzzi, a large freshwater lake, 52,000 sq. ft. of lakefront boardwalk, a kid’s playground and easy access to the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. The lake view was awesome. Watching the light show was a delight for the kids. The bedroom was nice for privacy. The resort itself was pretty cool. Lots of things to do there or within walking distance. The only thing was the wait times for elevators to go anywhere was very long so plan for that. Also the main pool was closed every other day for reason I do not know. There are other pools we swam in besides that one. Overall I recommend staying here and booking with this family!!!

Excellent location right across the street from the beach and Pineapple Willey's. The condo was perfect and very clean and spacious for our one week stay for a family of six. Everything was as described in the post. We really appreciated the kitchen being fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. There were plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, and drinkware. The beds and furniture were decent. Plenty of pillows and bedding. The king bed was very comfortable. The playpen was a nice surprise as was the two extra rollaway beds. The patio was awesome with a nice view of the lake and light show. My family enjoyed the resort amenities, especially, the ground level and 10th floor pools and hot tubs. We didn't use the gym but it seemed to have ample equipment. The beach chairs and toys were also a nice surprise. We felt very safe here with numerous security guards monitoring the property. We also enjoyed breakfast at the onsite coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My wife and 2 teenagers really enjoyed the space, location and value of this property for a last minute break. Vitali was very responsive and helped us to prepare for arrival and was available for questions after we arrived and during the checkout process. We stayed on the second floor unit that does not have an ocean view but did overlooked the lake and the daily water shows which were cool. It’s a short walk to the beach and short drive St Andrew’s state park/shell island. Overall a very good property and owner experience.

Wow this place was so beautiful and spacious! The views from the balcony are amazing and relaxing! We loved our stay and will be coming back again for sure! The owner is very nice and is very quick to respond! The location is great as well, everything we needed was walking distance!

Great weekend getaway. If your not staying on the beach, this is the next best thing. Short walk with Great beach access. House was clean and well stocked. Did not use alot of amenities cause only there for weekend. Back fountain area could use a little updating, however we didn't utilize that area except coming in from Beach to shower off.

We enjoyed the large condo on 2 floor (no need for elevators) Great location, we walked to Walmart, breakfast, pubs, entertainment and the golf course. Big hot tub and swimming pool plus i used the exercise room daily. Owner contacted us several times to make sure everything was good and offering suggestions for entertainment and restaurants. Our first retirement vacation and it was just wonderful!

We had wonderful stay at Vitaliy’s apartment. The location could not be better, very central, short walking distance from all the main attractions. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Vitaliy was very helpful upon check in and check out and easily accessible. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment and want to come again in near future. Highly recommended!!

Such a great condo! This was our first time staying in PCB and I don’t think we could’ve found a better condo. The owners are super helpful and very responsive when it came to any type of questions we had. We stayed in November so it was a little cold for the beach, but the condo was so nice we were perfectly content spending most of our time there! Highly recommend!
