Take Kayaks out for a spin, hang out in the Lanai, if it is a cool night have a nice fire in the sand. Or just relax at the Tiki Bar.
While the boat in the lift is not available for rental, should you wish to bring your own boat your are free to tie off to the dock, with plenty of space for a boat less than 25 ft in length.
The interior of the home carries as much charm as the outside. The master bathroom has dual shower-heads to give that resort style feel. The kitchen and living room have plenty of cozy vibes to keep you relaxed.
Punta Gorda is only a short 10 minute drive, or a short boat ride, away with plenty of great restaurants and fun.

About the owner: My wife and I grew up in the Chicago area and have lived in a few places around the country. We lived out west and enjoyed the mountains, in Michigan - the lakes. And when we moved back tot he Chicago we continued our fun on the water by boating in the Chain O' Lakes. Unfortunately, summer is just too fast and as the house is emptied and the kids move on - we are looking for more recreation.
While we were younger, the cold was tolerable. As we have grown "wiser", we learn that Florida has a much more palatable lifestyle for winter. So we look to the south for our future!
Why this property? We saw this property and felt it was the perfect level of charm for people looking for that get away feeling without traveling all the way to the keys, we felt that Keys vibe and felt it would provide that great warmth as a property for people looking for that fun right in their back yard!
And we are happy to share this property with people that will look at it and feel the same way!
