Once you're in our 'Florida condo, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets every evening from our ninth floor balcony with a completely unobstructed view looking West over the wide sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Both our kitchen, and the two bathrooms have been fully-renovated with new fixtures, cabinetry and appliances.
Our condo is equipped with dedicated and secure Free Wireless Internet and Free Unlimited Long Distance calling anywhere within the United States and Canada.
The condo also has two brand new TVs: the main Sony Bravia 32" flat screen television in the Living Room and a second LG 24" flat screen television in the Master Bedroom. Both of these TVs are equipped with an extended High Definition cable television package including ESPN, SHOWTIME, and ON-DEMAND programming. In the Second Bedroom there is a Sharp flat screen television with a built in DVD player for viewing DVDs only. It is also ready for gaming with easy-access gaming hookups. The condo also has a cordless telephone, and a Sony CD/AM/FM/IPOD player and charger.
Our condo comfortably sleeps up to five people. The Master Bedroom invites peaceful relaxation with a brand new hotel style pillow-top King-size bed. The Master Bedroom also has a fully-renovated four piece bathroom, and a beautiful unobstructed direct beachfront view through the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony.
The other two bedrooms are brightly lit, and overlook the Inter-coastal waterway through large picture windows, with a great view of the sunrise in the East. The second bedroom is equipped with two double beds, with a single bed available in the third bedroom.
We are located in the popular and family-friendly Sandcastle 1 Condo Building, which is halfway between Clearwater and St.Petersburg, and approximately 25 minutes to the Tampa International Airport. The Clearwater-St.Petersburg Airport is even closer.
Our condo is freshly painted in cool and inviting Florida-tone colors, was recently updated, and is tastefully decorated. The condo comes fully-furnished, with a brand new dedicated air conditioning unit, with a state of the art Air Purifier, plus an in-suite washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, kettle, kitchenware, a vacuum cleaner, and an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
The condo also has a "Baby Trend" crib and highchair for your little one.
The condo also comes equipped with beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach umbrella, along with a selection of paperback and hard cover novels for your enjoyment. We also have a beach cooler, and travel mugs for you to enjoy your coffee or a cool drink by the pool or the ocean.
Our unit is also equipped with a Schlage-brand keyless/keypad entry system for your convenience and security, allowing you to head to the beach without worrying about who brought the keys. There is also no risk of being accidentally locked out in your haste to hit the beach!
The Sandcastle I outdoor area has been completely refurbished! The large beachside pool and hot tub are newly tiled and brand new walkways, seating areas and barbeques have been installed for more beachfront viewing enjoyment! There is also a game room by the pool which offers washrooms, as well as a ping pong table, a book lending library, and free Wireless Internet service.
Our condo rental includes one designated reserved parking spot for your car in the Sandcastle I parking lot.
The area has beautiful wide white sand beaches, and is close to dozens of restaurants, ice cream stores, coffee shops, and pizza places, appealing to all tastes and price-points. There are also several malls, mini-putts, and championship caliber golf courses in the immediate area, along with power boat, kayak, beach bicycle, and scooter rentals.
Our condo is also a short drive to the sports facilities which host the NFL Buccaneers, the NHL Lightning, and the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team of the American League. Disney World is approximately eighty minutes away by car. Busch Gardens is about a thirty minute drive. Several Major League baseball teams base their Spring Training in this area, including the New York Yankees, the Philadelphia Phillies, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Toronto Blue Jays, among others.

Miles of uncrowded, soft white sand run north and south of the beach right in front of our condo.
A large, heated pool and hot tub run parallel to the building and there are plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas and chairs available to enjoy the maximum sun and fun, as well as the amazing view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
Why Kids Love It
The wide open soft sand beaches are ideal for building sandcastles with the beach toys provided . The warm Gulf waters are shallow and calm for all swimmers. Kids can also enjoy running and playing games along the miles of soft white sand. Families can rent 'beach cruiser' bicycles at Island Marine, located across the street from the condo. They can then cruise down the beach and back up Gulf Boulevard in the designated 'Bicycle Lane', visiting fabulous Ice Cream shops, Coffee shops and bakeries, a wide variety of delicious restaurants, Beach stores and fabulous Smuggler's Cove Adventure Mini-Golf with live alligators!
The Indian Shores area is family friendly and perfect for all ages! Conveniently located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg, guests can enjoy the peaceful, uncrowded soft, sand beach beach and the local coffee shops, ice cream stores and restaurants in the area of our condo or they can head to the countless attractions available nearby in Clearwater , St. Petersburg, and Tampa.
Caddy's Pub restaurant is across the street from the condo. You can enjoy amazing food and drink on their spacious patio and enjoy watching all the boats, big and small, travelling along the Intercoastal Waterway.
Lulu's Ice Cream and Candy Shop is a a short walk from the condo and well worth the trip!
Nearby Smuggler's Cove Adventure Golf is a mini-golfer's dream and you can feed the gators there, too!
There are Coffee Shops, Beach Stores, and restaurants serving everything from pizza to fine dining delicacies that you can walk to or you can hop the Suncoast Beach Trolley and tour Gulf Boulevard north to Clearwater Beach or south to St. Petersburg!
Caddy's Pub is a casual beach restaurant offering fabulous food, drink and outdoor patio fun on the Intercoastal Waterway.
Salt Rock Grille, Guppy's on the Beach, and PJ's Oyster Bar are also delicious, fine dining restaurants nearby.

Condo was clean and everything worked as expected. Ping pong table in the lobby was a nice addition. One of the two elevators was expired by a solid year, and didn't always work, but did not detract from the lovely condo. Beach is clean and the Gulf was extremely calm and warm. Even saw some dolphins from the balcony. My only complaint about the condo itself: the faucets are too close to the back of the sinks and will dribble water on the counter if you don't turn them on enough.

Trish and Trevor have a beautiful Condo that has everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We saw Manatee's, Dolphins and schools of stingrays from the 9th floor balcony. The new appliances and king sized bed in the master bedroom were fantastic. Trish went out of her way to make sure we had a enjoyable vacation.
