Your living room is fully equipped with a Smart TV . You will find wireless internet as well as several cable television programs to choose from for free.
You will find enough beach towels, bath towels and other inventory in sufficient quantities. You will not lack anything.
Kitchen / Bathroom:
In your spacious open kitchen you will not lack anything. Everything is there, from BOSCH dishwasher to stove with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any trouble, you have ice cubes whenever you want, thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
Crockery and cutlery are sufficiently available to serve several guests, be it in your individual dining area or at the outdoor dining table on the patio by candlelight.
Bathrooms:
Your master bathroom has a new walk-in shower with frameless glass and a bath tub as well as a new bright white vanity with granite top.
Your guest bathroom has a new tiled walk in shower, a new bright white vanity with granite surface and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. Ideal is this spatial resolution if you travel together with other couples or friends and everyone wants to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a comfortable mattress. It also has its own LED flat screen with cable connection and impresses with its very generous view of the optional illuminated pool and the tropical garden.
Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style
Guest Bedroom # 2 also has a Queen Size Bed in the bright white Coastal Beach Style.
Outside terrace/lanai:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck), both comfort furniture and dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining table will seat 6 people.
There are also 4 pool loungers available for use.
Here you can spend a cozy day at the pool to read a book in peace, to lie in the sun or just spend an evening with friends.
The rear exposure of the terrace is west and gives you enough sunlight until the evening hours.
The pool with its 8 m x 4 m is above average and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally also heated electrically with High End Pool Heater additionally available for relaxation is a large integrated Jacuzzi.
The entire tropical garden is illuminated at night with integrated warm light LED spotlights LOW VOLTAGE, they automatically go on at sunset and light up for 4 hours afterwards for a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
For your further convenience, the villa includes Keyless entry (no key is required), you will receive from us a four digit code which will be your house key.
Motion sensor lighting in the front entrance area.
Your entrance area is illuminated in DIM mode. When approaching the entrance door, the full lighting will illuminate the entrance area.
Coffee enjoyment:
In addition to your normal filter coffee machine is an espresso machine available with espresso cups.
Washer / dryer are in the house
For your personal valuables you have a safe free to use if you want. In no time you can stow your passports or other valuables. The safe can be programmed by a personal PIN code or by pulling your own credit card.
Two bicycles are available for your beach trip free of charge.

Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Woche! Es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet und es gab sogar eine Waschmaschine. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt dort. Bei Fragen konnte man sich ohne Probleme mit den Vermietern austauschen! Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mit der ruhigen und von Grün umgebenen Poolarea hatten wir die gewünschte Privatsphäre, die wir uns abseits vom hektischen Arbeitsalltag im Urlaub wünschen. Dabei ist die Lage ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für abwechslungsreiche Touren zum Strand, zum Einkaufen u.v.m. Und wenn man mal nicht zum Essen ausgehen möchte, kann man sich in dem voll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus auch selbst versorgen. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Bonita Springs. Die Stadt und die Menschen sind wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir waren das erste mal nicht in einer Community und wurden von allen Nachbarn gegrüßt als würden wir neu dort wohnen. Die Villa Sunset Beach auf dem Sunset Drive ist wirklich ein wunderschönes Objekt. Alle Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht sind vorhanden. Es wurde nichts vermisst während unseres Aufenthalts. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Service waren sehr gut. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Bonita Springs kommen. Wir hoffen die CORONA Zeit ist bald vollständig vorbei, da der einzige Wermutstropfen für uns die kontaktlose Übergabe bei An- und Abreise war. Natürlich haben wir Verständnis aber wir mochten den smalltalk mit den Property Managern von frisco-homes.Bucht hier und euer Urlaub ist unvergesslich

We loved this house for our month in Bonita Springs. Close to beaches, bike path, multiple good restaurants and bars. Publix grocery store is very close. We loved the pool, spa and lanai for meals and games. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this house! Gunnar was great to work with and very accessible.

Villa Sunset Beach was everything it promised. This beautiful, well appointed home lacked for nothing. The private pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush landscape made for a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The homes location, on a quiet street was ideal, with the beach, stores, and restaurants near by. Frisco Homes was very easy to work with throughout the rental process, and was always available to answer questions or concerns. Thank you for making our Florida vacation so perfect!

Great location - this house is very close to the beach, parks, grocery store, restaurants and the airport - all in a nice quiet neighborhood. The best part of this house is the backyard pool area. Nice trees and shrubs surround the backyard giving 100% privacy. House is very roomy and comfortable with all amenities such as beach chairs, cooler, bicycles and a well-equipped kitchen. The property manager was excellent and our rental was seamless from the first point of contact through to check-in and check-out.
