There is a $500 fully refundable security deposit. I will also send you the city's vacation rules. The city of Key Colony Beach requires that you sign their Vacation Rental Rules document when you book.

Rare find of 4 full baths and 4 real bedrooms (not a daybed stuck in a sunroom like some rentals market as a bedroom). House comes with everything you need - beach towels, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, smart TV's in all bedrooms plus upper and lower common area. Plenty of sunny and shady spots in outdoor living area plus the dock on canal is brand new. Great location; we loved being able to walk to cabana club,restaurants, gift shop, basketball court, and park. Tip: rent bikes to easily get anywhere in KCB. They will deliver to the house but rent early during busy seasons. Mary (the owner) was understanding and easy to reach with any concerns (we had a lot of tweaks to our travel plans due to Covid travel headaches). Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Very pleased with the location, the waterfront is great, and we enjoyed our stay there, if anything was not so great is compensated by other things that are great. We had easy access to the beach via the clubhouse nearby. The area is pleasant and tranquil.
