Beautiful condo

We had such a great time during our stay. The condo is furnished beautifully and has all the little extras you might need. We cooked some meals and had everything a kitchen should have to easily prepare your food. The beds were comfortable and the view if fantastic. We will be back again soon!!

Great Condo Unit and Owner....SPLASH staff have a few things to work on

. First of all the actual unit was fantastic …. VERY clean -- spotless in fact, perfect location, and all the "little extras" were just more than we could have asked for. The owner even has binoculars in the condo so I spent mornings out on the deck drinking coffee and watching dolphins. The owner is outstanding and does a great job in communicating with renters. The beach chairs that come with the unit were also very appreciated and the folks that handle reserving those out were very professional and extremely helpful. I sent privately some concerns about SPLASH staff and procedures but DO NOT let that take away from this unit or the owner, both of which are outstanding!

Absolutely perfect!

We will definitely be staying here again, even though our stay was cut short due to Helene coming in we had the best time. The condo is perfect and had everything we could ever need, extra boogie boards and toys for the kids and games for the condo. The beds were so comfy and the view was immaculate, the Splash pools and water slides were a big hit too. Don’t miss out on this condo, it’s amazing!

Another Great PCB vacation.

Best of PCB!

Andrea's condo at Splash Resort was the perfect family getaway. The view, splash park, beach service, on site restaurant/bar, and fully equipped (and comfortable) condo were worth every dollar. As a family with littles, CONVENIENCE is a MUST. The 7th floor location was a manageable stair climb for when elevators got busy(check in/out hours). The parking situation was the best we've had yet in PCB(we visit a few times a year)! Andrea was an incredible host who went the extra mile to make sure our family had the best experience. We hope to be back again soon!

This place! I would give it 10 stars if I was able to! I could rave all day about it! Tasteful decor! Soooo clean! Check in was a breeze! Lots of special touches! Beach chairs! Sand toys! She even has the nice beach chairs on the beach, with umbrella, rented for the whole stay! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, utensils, cups and mugs. Best trip ever!

Best host ever and the place was superb! The beds… BEST IVE EVER BEEN ON with a vacation. She provided us with the normal and went above and beyond what was asked or described! She thinks about the whole family not just adults. She thinks about the kiddos in so many ways. She was always an email, text, or call away it needed for anything. Even when I was on the wrong floor :/ Splash resort is always a plus but definitely will be back as Andrea as our host!!! Less than a year and I’ll be back at PCB. Planning our trip now!!!! Great location, really nice condo

My family and I stayed at this condo over Memorial Day weekend. We had a great time, the location is great, being on the less busy side of Panama City Beach. It was very nice to be able to so easily walk out to the beach and the included beach chairs and umbrellas were very convenient. The exterior of the splash condo is showing its age a little, but the interior of this unit is nicely maintained, very comfortable to stay in!

Best Stay EVER!!

We stayed at Andrea’s condo for a week! Hands down best place to stay! She would respond immediately to any questions we had! The condo was full of any extras you would need! Splash 705W has everything you will ever need for your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and the mattresses are so comfortable. A full memorable vacation for our family!

We absolutely loved staying at the Splash Resort. Our kids loved the pools, and splash area. The view was spectacular and access directly on the beach was so beneficial. Having reserved chairs/umbrella from Andrea was an huge plus with not having to haul extra items down. Michael spoke highly of Andrea and was also wonderful in accommodating us each day. Andrea has been the absolute best to work with. Any questions, I had before, during, and after our stay was responded to quickly and so very helpful. Paradise in PCB

Our hostess was gracious and kind from the moment we made our reservation. She responded promptly to our questions and provided travel tips for the area. The condo was decorated with tropical accessories and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals after a day on the white sand beach. The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed.

We rented this condo to celebrate my birthday. The condo was absolutely beautiful, furnished well and very clean. It had hair dryers in both bathrooms which I consider a plus. Also, there was start up soap in case you forgot to pack soap. I loved that there was a make-up mirror!! Also, the beach lounge chairs and umbrella were a great plus! We did not have any children with us but for those that do there are bunk beds and also a Pack N Play available . The owner was easily accessible and was sooooo nice. Quit searching and just book this one!

Andrea is not a 5 star, she is a 10/10!! Before booking and until we left she was kind, helpful, and had an answer for every question. This was our first ever family vacation and I hope ones in the future have an Andrea, she set the standard high. The condo was perfect for our family of 4, we had plenty of room and everything we needed. Sand toys, chairs, cookware, dishes, limited supply of shower towels, bathroom supplies, everything. The view from the balcony is great, perfect view of the sunset ! We searched and searched and finally came across this one, we looked no more and I don't regret it.

Great Family Resort

Perfect relaxing condo on the beach!

Me and my family stayed 7 days in this beautiful condo and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean upon arriving and had everything you needed for a stay at the beach. The condo was stocked with beach chairs and toys for our kiddo, plenty of extra pillows and blankets, washer and dryer, ice maker in the fridge and was decorated tastefully with relaxing beach decor! The condos host Andrea was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied, she was so kind and accommodating! She even texted us to let us know the condo was ready early so we could go ahead and check in to beat the check in rush! All the employees at splash were very friendly, the pools, hot tub were clean and my toddler loved the waterpark and splash pad! The wait times for the elevators were very reasonable only having to wait 5 minutes at most just a couple of times during check in/check out times. We were also able to rent an umbrella and beach chairs if needed for the durations of our stay! I would 10/10 recommend Andrea’s condo 705W at Splash Resort!

Fantastic

This is my 3rd time to stay at Splash over the past 10 years. This condo was super clean and had very nice furnishings. The beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. Best condo experience ever!

We have been to a few different resorts/condos on various beaches but this is the best one we have stayed at by far. The layout was similar to what we seen in other places but the furnishings and finishes were of a much higher quality at 705W. The new flooring was a beautiful light tan/brown color and compliments the furniture nicely. The new washer and dryer was great as well. It can fit a normal load of laundry in it which came in handy. The biggest reason I would chose this room again is because of Andrea. She is very responsive and helpful. She provided a level of service that you just cannot get with larger rental companies.

Great family friendly condo!

We had a great time staying in Splash 705w. The condo was very clean, and the beds were pretty comfortable! It was perfect for kids with lots of beach toys available. I really appreciated the pack n play, and the sound machine in the bed room was a lifesaver when ours quit working the first night! Also, the included beach chairs were fantastic!! We loved not having to lug our tent and chairs down everyday. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Amazing condo!

Andrea was so accommodating and helpful! She has a gorgeous, family friendly condo on the quiet side of Panama. She had fabulous communication prior to and during our entire stay. She has lots of little things that were super helpful with little kids, pack n play, beach toys, kids chairs, games, etc. The unit is right next to the elevator which was convenient, and not super loud. It was a nice surprise to actually get to communicate with the owner verse a company who doesn’t care as much. The condo was clean and had all kitchen/home items you would need for a vacation without lugging it all with you! The front row beach chairs were a huge plus! We will definitely stay with Andrea again!

Just perfect !!!

We couldn’t have asked for more comfortable and convenient accommodations. The condo was well decorated and very clean . The owner provided little extras like beach chairs and sand toys. We really enjoyed sunsets from the balcony with unobstructed views of the Gulf . The Beaches and pools were very well maintained and we truly appreciate the beach chair set up for two everyday. We also loved that it is connected to a large Alvin’s Island store for some on-site shopping . The owner gave excellent directions that walked us through every aspect of this resort. A perfect get-away to just relax your cares away !

Our time at Andrea’s place exceeded our expectations expectations. The condo was very modern, clean and full of light. Situated on the 7th floor it afforded a lovely view of the beach, sea and dramatic sky. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the jacuzzi. My sister n worked out each day in the gym and beat us at the able tennis times n the evening. All in all a very nice stay.

A Beautiful Home Away From Home!

We loved our stay at Andrea's amazing beachfront condo! You should never hesitate about visiting this area in off-season, we totally recommend it! Great Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful & clean unit with an amazing view. This unit offered all the essentials perfect for a vacation stay with out having to bring the whole house. Great Stay over Thanksgiving Week

My family and I stayed in 705W during Thanksgiving week. The week started alittle chilly, but warmed up during the week. Splash was awesome for our child. The condo was 100% everything we needed plus more. Andrea was very responsive after we booked the room and throughout the weeks leading up to our stay. We travel a lot and this was by far with out a doubt the best customer service experience we have ever had! The bedroom was good size for my wife and I. The bed was great! Usually you get a hard old mattress when you stay in a full furnished condo, but this had me sleeping like a big baby. The bunk beds were perfect for our child, she loved the night lights and the drawer on the bottom of them. The kitchen was stacked with pans and plates and paper towels. It was nice not having to spend the extra money on those types of things like we have in the past. I know this is a long post, but the pictures do not do 705W justice and how nice it was. It has new floors that really look great. The red chair and couch are a little out dated, but I had no issues relaxing on them after a full day on the beach and pool side. I 100% recommend 705W and we will be booking again for our next Florida trip.

Family Vacation 2022

My family and I just returned home to KY from our vacation this past Thursday. We originally planned on leaving Wednesday, but loved it so much we decided to stay an extra day! Andrea Ryan is wonderful and responsive from the time of booking up until departure; she is on top of her game. The condo was perfect for our small family, the beach was beautiful, and memories were made with my babies! No need to over pack like we did. There is a washer and dryer, extra sand toys, chairs, kites, a pack-n-play, movies, etc. and Andrea even pays for two beach chair rentals everyday of the vacation. Need I say more? I've stayed in Spalash several times. Loved it every time. Now Andrea is my favorite host! Books, movies, beach chairs, cooler, beach toys, games, laundry detergent were already there! The best was the rental chairs were included and the coffee pot you could set to go off at a certain time. Salt/pepper & cooking spray we forgot to buy and found we didn't need to. We left some stuff on purpose for someone else to use because someone left stuff for us to use.

By far the best condo we’ve rented!

Andrea goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of! The condo is so nice and very spacious! It was more than enough room for my husband and me. Everything was clean and perfectly in place. I was truly impressed by how clean the condo was. The bed was so comfortable. I’ve had back surgery so that’s a very important thing for me… when I mentioned how great we slept, Andrea shared her secret on the mattress topper. I’ll definitely be ordering us one soon!!! We can’t wait to go back to PCB and stay here again. Next time, our son will be joining us so we will get to use the pool more with him. We stayed on the beach and only got into the pool once during our stay. The umbrella and chair rental was so convenient too. Andrea has made sure that we had anything and everything we needed to kick off our vacation. If you’re looking for a nice spot away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, this condo is perfect. We could easily get to the restaurants and bars by car/Uber. The condo is located in the perfect spot and would be a great place to visit with kids!

Perfect condo!

We've been staying at Splash for the past 5 years and this has by far been our favorite host/condo! Beautifully decorated and everything was thought of! Plenty of extra blankets, seems silly/simple but rugs beside the bed to wipe sand off, kitchen was well supplied, extra beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Communication with Andrea was easy, pleasant, and thorough from beginning to end. Will definitely be staying with Andrea again!

First time in Florida-AMAZING!

Wow! Such an amazing trip!! This was our first time in Florida and our kids (9, 7, 3 & 2) first time to the beach/ocean. Very family friendly building and we all felt safe and felt like home. The unit was very clean and nicely setup and decorated. It fit our family of 6 perfectly! While we were there the sliding door to the balcony seemed to be off track. We sent a text to Andrea and she contacted maintenance right away. The door was fixed about an hour later! Andrea is great to rent from! We will definitely be coming back and will recommend this unit to all of our family and friends. Thank you so much for such a great week with the best view :)

Absolutely wonderful!

The property is very well maintained. It has a gorgeous view. It is fully furnished with everything you may need for a fun filled week at the beach, minus your groceries and toiletries. The owners are so warming and make the entire process painless. This is my new favorite place.

Lovely Condo with a million dollar view!

Beautifully decorated condo was extremely clean and well furnished. Our host, Andrea, has thought of everything! She is very responsive and wants to make sure her guests’ needs are met. Perfect Family Vacation

We had an amazing vacation at Andrea's condo in Splash Resort. The facility itself was clean and we saw maintenance and cleaning staff regularly throughout our stay. The condo was clean, well decorated, and convenient just off the elevator (but not so close you hear it all night!) We stayed 7 days and did a mix of cooking and going out - the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The layout of the condo is great, with spacious bathrooms so we could all get ready for our day at the same time. We hope to be able to return to Andrea's condo again in the future!

Best condo ever!

We’ve stayed in many vacation condos over the years. This one was by far the best! It was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, beach toys, games, books and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in! It was tastefully decorated and super clean! We had a view of the ocean and there’s a nice patio overlooking the beach! Everything was perfect! We WILL be back!! Highly recommend this particular unit!!

Awesome resort with better host!

This was our third stay at Splash, our kiddo loves the kids water park. Mom and Dad enjoy the resort too! Andrea's room was the best we've stayed at here by far! Well first all It was a great place to stay warm an cozy an made me feel like I was home. Andrea is a great person to rent from when it comes to the Splah resort. If looking for a kid friendly place an room this is the person to contact I’ve not had any problems with her getting back to me ! The condo was so worth the money. Great views from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and stocked with dishes an just about everything you needed for a week! If I return I will surely keep her in mind !

Andrea Ryan is the best very attentive to your entire stay. Love this condo.

Love Love Love this condo. Very clean and very well stocked with everything you would need. New patio furniture on the deck was really comfy and nice. We loved it here. We was down for a week and it felt like home. But the best part of all was the Host Andrea she checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. That is so important when your staying somewhere. The bed slept wonderful and the bunk beds were great if you have little ones. Washer and dryer was brand new and was awesome. She also was replacing the dishwasher, microwave and stove the day we were leaving. Even though the ones in there worked great. She really cares about her property so if your wanting the best of both worlds Host and Condo I recommend renting 705 West from Mrs. Ryan. There was not one thing that I seen that needed improving.
