Newly renovated 1/1 condo with everything you need to relax or work from home! Bedroom offers a king size bed, large closet, dresser, two nightstands with storage, desk equipped with keyboard, mouse, printer and laptop stand, and large TV with WiFi connection to watch all your favorite apps. There’s also a hallway closet for extra storage. The condo comfortably sleeps two people but allows up to four. There’s a full size inflatable mattress available as well as a large sofa (not a sofa bed). The galley style kitchen with new appliances and granite countertops offers everything you need for your stay! Beach chairs, umbrella and towels included. Just bring your bathing suit and sunglasses!
Quiet and secluded, beautifully landscaped grounds, two week minimum, one small pet up to 25 lbs allowed (HOA is strict on only one pet :( sorry!) covered parking, fish from the canal or relax at the year round heated pool. Have your morning coffee or evening wine on your private lanai that overlooks the beautiful grounds. The complex offers use to outdoor grills which are conveniently located near the unit. Shared laundry is located right outside the unit.
Only a 5 minute walk/90 second drive to Siesta Key beach. Free Trolley runs throughout the island so you can stay on island time the whole time! Siesta Key beach offers tennis courts, playground, concessions and the most beautiful quartz sand! Siesta Key Village is a short drive and offers shopping, dining and entertainment.

About the owner: Hi! My name is Alicia and my husband and I purchased this unit in 2021. We absolutely love Siesta Key and hope to make it our home one day. We live in Upstate SC and have two beautiful little girls. We truly hope you enjoy your stay at our little slice of heaven!
Why this property? Quiet and secluded yet minutes away from the #1 beach. So many fun things to do on the island from biking, shopping, boating, jet skiing, fishing, eating or just relaxing on the beach! You will absolutely love the community feel at this condo!

We really enjoyed your beautiful condo and we’re so comfortable there and had a great time. We loved the beach-themed decorating so much And the king sized bed was so cold for table that we want to buy the same mattress! The location in Siesta Key is ideal and you can walk to the most beautiful public beach there is. It was also a convenient walk to the public tennis and pickleball courts. We spent a lot of time in the warm pool and met lots of really nice people there! They have a happy hour or activity every Wednesday night and we enjoyed the really nice barbecue areas, one was very close to the unit. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the atmosphere is very friendly and that explains why the same folks come back year after year! We would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at White Sands, Unit 105 very much! The owner recently remodeled the unit and did a wonderful job, it is decorated with a beach theme and was very comfortable and bright. The king bed is so comfortable we plan to by the same mattress. We love the new tile on the floor, in the entire bathroom and also on the lanai. The condo had everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, pop ups which provide shade on the beach and a beach wagon that converts to a chair. The location is very convenient, just a short walk across the street to 4 public tennis/pickleball courts (bring your own pickleball net) and also a short walk across the street to the beach (or if you want to drive with your gear, the parking lot is right there, but gets crowded. We swam in the warm 86 degree pool every day and enjoyed Wednesday night social gatherings by the pool. Many of the guests come back every year to the same units. There are two shared gas barbecue grills right outside this unit and the coin washer and dryers are just steps from this unit. It was amply furnished with dishes and all the equipment we needed for cooking and they had plenty of towels. The grounds are beautiful and kept up and both the owner and Karen in the office are great to work with! Thank you Alicia for a wonderful stay!

Unit 105 was recently remodeled and it is just beautiful! Additionally, the owners thought of everything. There were beach chairs, a beach cart and umbrella and a cooler. Everything you could want for a day trip to the beach which is within walking distance. There are pool noodles and even a fishing rod. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, mugs you need, including an air fryer. There are plenty of towels and some cleaning supplies. Laundry facilities and the barbecue is steps away. We found the unit very comfortable and convenient.
