Each bedroom has queen size beds with memory foam mattresses, a nightstand, and a chest of drawers. The master bedroom and living room have a large flat-screen TV and the 2nd bedroom has a smaller flat-screen TV. The condo has a modern flair and offers everything one would need to live comfortably. With this rental, you'll also have access to the storage where you'll find beach chairs and coolers for when you wish to go to the beach. Come visit and enjoy!

Thoroughly enjoyed Debbie s newly remodelled condo with impressive views of the golf course from the lanai. The added bonus was the swimming pool literally across the road which allowed us to cool down from temperatures in the high 90,s.The condo was an ideal base for access to both Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches.The location also gave us access to both Publix and Walmart stores not to mention restaurants. We found Debbie to be a very attentive landlady who was a pleasure to deal with.

Carl M.Modern Amazing Spacious, Clean comfortable and homely
We stayed at the apartment for a month in July 2023 and can only thank the owners for their beautiful apartment. We played golf very often at the fantastically built Championship Kelly Greens golf course, relaxed in the Pool and by the pool side. As visitors to the US, the apartment had smart access, so we got in late and didnt have to wait for keys and could rest straight away in the comfortable beds, the appliances are all modern and the apartment clean and a huge smart tv and lightening speed wifi. The owners are charming and helpful and give good and accurate inormation about the apartment, so if you need a rest in Paradise and want to be in the heart of the SWFL action this is the place to stay!!!

We thought the condo was great!! It was conveniently located to the beach and a short drive to downtown Ft Myers. The condo was all updated and was sitting right on the golf course which is beautiful.It’s exactly as pictured and Debbie is so easy to work with. We really like Kelly Greens and we enjoyed our time at the condo. The condo was nicely furnished. There were 3 TVs - we would have liked to have regular cable tv in the living room as we like to follow the local news. Pretty much everything we needed was there.
