We enjoyed a month-long stay in this home during January of 2026. The home was comfortable and met our needs with good kitchen appliances and washer/dryer and some beach supplies. The bikes were appreciated so we could easily utilize daily pool and pickleball. We found the other residents to be very friendly and enjoyable to interact with with for pickleball and other games and activities. The facility is a mix of modular homes and motor homes and fifth wheel campers. All good friendly people. We had a couple small issues with the home and bikes but the host responded satisfactorily in a timely manner.

Christine D.Beautiful Townhouse in PASEO Community
My family and I just returned from staying a month in this beautiful townhouse. The house has everything you need, and it's VERY clean. It seems like most, if not all of what's provided are new. The dishes, cookware, utensils, glassware, looked new. The owner also provided us with all kitchen cleaning products, as well as dishwasher and washer/dryer detergents. Also provided was soap and TP for the bathrooms. We only had to bring our clothes, unpack, and enjoy this beautiful townhouse and PASEO amenities, which included a beautiful pool and gym. There was piped-in music around the pool, and a fun tiki bar to get refreshments on our beautiful, hot days. There was also a pub, bistro and community center, which provided breakfast, lunch, dinners on selected dates. All in all, the townhouse and PASEO community provided everything we needed for a wonderful, fun vacation.

We just returned home from a month's stay at this beautifully appointed Paseo unit. It is very clean and spacious and has so many extra touches, perfect for family and friends. It is walking distance (bikes also available) to the communities's fabulous resort-like amenities. The owner is available for any questions that might come up. Our family enjoyed the beautiful, family friendly pools and the close vicinity to so many beautiful beaches. You won't be disappointed!
