590 sq. ft. Our condo is located at Vantage Pointe Condominiums, 1433 N Atlantic Ave. unit 325 in Daytona Beach 32118 and just a few steps to the beach. Daytona Beach has been rated the best beach in the world. We have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit located on the 3rd floor and has a balcony that has an Ocean view. We purchased this condo September 1st, 2021, and have completely remodeled it. New windows, sliding doors, appliances, countertops, new wood floors and fresh paint-completed February 2023.
Vantage Pointe has many amenities Large Olympic size swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, exercise room and much more. There is a large recreational room with a billiards Table.

WINTER Rates are based on monthly rentals from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. If you want extra days that run into the next month then those days will be prorated from the nights that’s in the month that’s requested.

Steven S.Perfect beach condo - close to all amenities
We stayed here for one month and really enjoyed it. The hosts, Ralph and Mary were very nice and accommodating. The condo was clean with a full stocked kitchen, pots, pans, cutlery. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping malls. We used the outdoor pool, there was also a hot tub, pickleball courts, and laundry facility. We would definitely recommend this condo to our family and friends and would like to thank Ralph and Mary for their hospitality. From Steven and Christine

Stayed here from May through July while I moved from the Northeast to Florida. Great location, right across from the beach. Amenities are nice and close by. Everyone in the community was very friendly. Perfect sized place to stay while making the move. Owners are nice and responsive.

Chris and Paul M.Enjoyed our stay. Location to many restaurants and grocery store was extremely convenient.
The 1 bedroom unit was very comfortable. The unit was clean and furnished and decorated very nicely. It had very nice updated appliances. The 2 recliners in the living room was definitely a plus because My husband needs to keep his legs elevated. We wished every condo rentals had them in the unit. The bathroom was a bit small but we knew that when we booked. Safety grab bars in the tub would be extremely helpful when getting in or out of shower though. It also would have been nice to have a iron and ironing board in the unit. We also needed to purchase hangers as there were none provided. All in all I would say Mary and Ralph were great land lords . Vantage Point pool was probably one of the nicest I’ve seen. It was always very clean. I would say probably one of my biggest complaints was the laundry room facility. Lots of machines were broken down the entire time we stayed. Washing Machines and dryer’s certainly need updating. Twice I lost money on a machine that didn’t work.

Very nice, clean, new appliances. Balcony overlooks tennis/Pickleball courts as well as view ocean. Beach is a short block and a half walk. Community laundry mat, sauna, hot tub, and swimming pool on site.

Overall, the unit was pleasant. The appliances were new and in good working order. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, but no glassware including wine glasses was a surprise. A few plastic storage containers with lids would have come in handy. The pantry in the hall was perfect! The chairs in the living room were very comfortable, and the TV in both the bedroom and living room worked well. The bathroom had lots of areas for storage, and the towels were soft and luxurious. Everything worked well. In the bedroom, the closet was spacious and again, lots of drawers for clothing storage. The mattress was the only item that didn’t work for us. We personally, found it uncomfortable for two people. Vantage Pointe is very convenient for shopping, beach walks, and unit 325 did have a small view of the ocean. We would love to return, if the opportunity presented itself again. Thank you.

Steps from the beach with ocean views from the balcony!!! Super centrally located next to just about anything!!! Condo has just been redone so very clean and fresh!!! And as a bonus the owners are very nice people who are fantastic professionals to work with!!! I definitely recommend it, you will love the place…
