Cancellation Policy
Should the rental be canceled at least 90 days in advance of the arrival date, a full refund will be given. If the rental is canceled for any reason 89 – 61 days prior to arrival the 30% of Rental Revenue will be forfeited. If the rental is canceled 60 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of rental revenue will be forfeited and 29 to 0 days, 100% of rental revenue will be forfeited. Registration fee is non-refundable.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful villa. With a lovely pool, a short stroll to shops and restaurants plus just a few yards from the beach it really is the perfect location. The home has a well equipped kitchen and all the bedrooms have super comfy beds. Thank you Rick for dealing with a couple of minor issues so quickly. We look forward to returning again soon
