The credit or refund will only be available if the travel restrictions are current at the time of request. A credit or refund will not be considered if travel restrictions are imposed after the arrival date.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that Tenant elects to cancel this Lease prior to commencement of the occupancy, Tenant shall forfeit any and all funds paid to date for the Lease. If all funds have been paid and the property is re-leased for the days cancelled, tenant shall receive refund minus 18% administration fee.
