About this rental
This luxurious home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. We are 80 feet the water's edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean and sunsets can be seen from either balcony.
Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters directly behind the house. I pay for you to store your trailer off-site at Cudjoe Gardens Marina where the closest ramp is. Looe Key is an amazing reef 45 minutes by boat where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys. American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house five miles offshore, with the excellent fishing, snorkeling and diving. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located 15 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

About the owner: My wife and I are retired and enjoy travelling and our visits to stay right here in the lower keys. We love the peaceful area, nice homes and beautiful waters.
Why this property? We vacationed in the keys several times a year staying in various chain hotels and mom and pop boutique hotels for many years. Then we found this home for sale on Cudjoe Key, the perfect location in our opinion. Fortunately, it is also one of the lucky few home allowed to rent on a weekly basis. Most homes have a 28 day minimum by law.

Great location, views were gorgeous from our waterfront decks, 30 mins. to airport! Rental was clean, comfortable & well equipped with everything you need & then some. Home owners thought of everything to make the stay relaxing, enjoyable & memorable. Kayaking right from the house was really nice too! :) Easy check in & out. Would highly recommend staying here.

Unit 111 met all our expectations & then some. Great location & close to airport. This unit had the best views!! It was also very clean, well equipped & lots of attention to detail, made for a relaxing & satisfying stay. We enjoyed relaxing out on the many decks, use of the kayaks, & just hanging out at the pool. We would definitely recommend as a great place to stay! Enjoy!!!

We really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, comfortable, cool, and had a beautiful view. It had the little extras that some places don’t have (plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, trash sacks, TP, etc). The beds were comfortable. It was a little ways from shopping and much in the way of dining options, but we knew that going in. The kayaks were fun. Would definitely recommend.

Some of my favorite restaurants in lower keys are less than 5 miles away. Broils right across the street is a steak and seafood place that has never disappointed. Imaginative dishes and small town feel. My New Joint and Square grouper share a kitchen with music and tapas upstairs and full dining downstairs with excellent seafood, just 1 mile south. South of the Seven is in Sugarloaf 4 miles South and really great views and food for all. Lesser priced options at Boondocks nearby.

The place we stayed unit 111 was awesome! Great location, well stocked, very clean, and water front! The attention to detail was great. They even had soaps and shampoos. Well stocked kitchen too and the owner was great to work with. Highly recommend this rental.
