“Golf Course Vista” is a fantastically positioned villa in the Long Meadow area of Rotonda West. This spacious villa, with exceptional, private, uninterrupted south facing views of Long Marsh Golf Course and lakes, is very well suited for a quiet, relaxing stay.
The villa is located at the absolute end of a cul-de-sac, which means no traffic at all, and also, due to the circular set up of the three houses on the cul-de-sac, absolutely no visibility of any neighbors from the pool and deck area, but with a 180 degree view of the golf course and various lakes.
The large heated pool has a fantastic blue water feel. It features solar heating, as well as optional electric heating, and is cleaned and maintained on a weekly basis. The surrounding private deck area is south facing, with sun all day, and provides ample space for lounging, including dining and lounging facilities under shaded cover. For those enjoying grilling, a three burner gas operated Weber Genesis grill is available.
The house, bathrooms, kitchen and pool have been totally beautifully remodeled giving it a luxury feel.
The large living room with two power reclining leather sofas is south facing towards the pool and deck area, and has large pocket sliders, giving the feeling of outside living, with again fabulous views. It also has a 65 inch flat screen Smart TV.
The deck has a six person dining table and comfortable chairs, two outside Lazy Boy recliners, and four very comfortable loungers.
The cozy den is located off the breakfast nook, and also has delightful south facing views to the golf course, and a slider to the pool. Again two comfortable sofas and a 50 inch flat screen Smart TV.
The master bedroom with king-size bed and comfortable memory foam mattress has sliders to the pool and is connected to the master bathroom and walk-in closet. A flat screen Smart TV is located in a cabinet.
The master bathroom has double vanities with granite countertops, a stylish free standing tub, and a spacious walk-in shower.
The remaining two bedrooms both have queen beds and their own closet spaces. One bedroom has a 48 inch flat screen TV with Roku, the other bedroom features a desk and chair with reading light under the window - ideal for working from home.
Both bedrooms share the second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and granite countertop.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, . It features ample cutlery, crockery, glasses, poolware, etc as we are aware that you can never have enough, as well as a large amount of cookware. A four piece toaster, kettle, popcorn maker are sandwich grille are also at your disposal. The house also has 4 different coffee machines to cater to everyone's preference: a filter coffee machine, a Keurig machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and finally a Delonghi manual espresso machine with cappuccino maker, that requires ground coffee.
The separate washing room has an efficient and easy to operate front loading washing machine, with adjacent front loading dryer and sink.
The house has a double garage with remote control access. In the garage you will find five adult bikes, and two child bikes for your usage. We also include plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and cool boxes that can be used. And two shark teeth rakes for your trips to nearby Manasota Key beach and other fabulous beaches! A beginners men's golf set and full women set is also available for your use. Notwithstanding the gear mentioned above, the garage is large enough to easily fit any car.
The whole house and deck features high speed Wi-Fi.

We have just spent a little over two wonderful weeks in this beautiful home, and this was our second time staying here. It was already a clear favorite after our first visit, and it has only confirmed that feeling even more this time.We have rented quite a few different houses over the years, but this is by far one of the easiest and most enjoyable places to spend a holiday. Everything is so well thought out and well equipped, which makes everyday life feel effortless from the moment you arrive. The house truly feels like a place designed for guests to relax and simply enjoy their time.You never feel that something is missing, whether you are cooking, spending time together indoors, or relaxing by the pool. The overall comfort, the many pleasant areas to sit and unwind (you even have one great seating area by the pool for watching the sun come up, and another for watching the sun go down!), and the general atmosphere make it very easy to settle in and very hard to leave.This home has become one of our absolute favorites in Florida! We hope very much to return again in the future and we can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that really feels like a home away from home. Once you’re here, you simply don’t want to go home.

We have stayed on Rotonda a few times now but this has got to be the nicest home we have stayed in. The villa is beautifully furnished with everything you might need for your stay. The outlook is beautifully peaceful. Restaurants, beaches and golf courses are all in close proximity. The owners and property managers are quick to respond if you need anything which is very assuring. In short, a beautiful home in a great location. What more could you ask for.

We spent 2 months in this lovely villa. It is very well furnished and had everything we needed. The sofas and beds are very comfortable. The pool and deck are really exceptional, super private and with spectacular views over Long Marsh golf course. You can’t go wrong with this house. We’ve stayed in Rotonda many times but this is by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. The owners and property manager are very easy to deal with and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Wonderful home with great layout for extended family (grandparents, parents and grandkids) vacation. Very private beautiful pool overlooking golf course with sun from morning till evening. The co-owner (Anna-Marie) was extremely prompt and responsive in all communication, a real pleasure to deal with. Overall, it was a wonderful spot for a memorable family vacation.

We knew the minute we walked in we had found the perfect place. This home is nicely furnished with everything you might need and offers amazing views. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac which makes for a quiet neighborhood. The pool and lanai are designed so you don’t see neighbors providing a relaxing place to lounge by the pool, watch the golfers, or enjoy a breathtaking sunset. There are 5 golf courses within minutes and beaches are a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants and shopping are nearby. The owners are quick to reply and property managers are very responsive if needed. We have stayed here numerous times and always look forward to returning. You won’t be disappointed!

"Absolutely stunning Florida home! The moment we walked in, we felt at home. The place is spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The picturesque view overlooking the pond and golf course from the patio is breathtaking! The location is perfect - close to beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets. We loved everything about Golf Course Vista villa!The location is really fantastic as advertised, at the end of a cul-de-sac, so no traffic and very private, with a beautiful far-reaching view over the golf course and a small lake.The house is furnished to a very high standard and the pictures are accurate. The seating in the two main living areas is extremely comfortable, and so were the beds. The internet access was reliable and very fast. My husband and I spent time working from the house so this was very important to us. The pool is excellent with a spacious lanai, neither of which are overlooked by the neighbors.Owners and the property management are both very responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Looking forward to staying here again in the foreseeable future!
