You never know what to expect when you stay at a new place. Rick and Charlotte's condo was not a disappointment. It was immaculately clean and well-stocked. The view was much better than I expected, being a side view rather than a gulf front. We had an expansive view of the beach. You can see the beach from the living room, which I appreciate. The balcony is shaded in the afternoon, and the breeze makes it comfortable for sitting all hours of the day. My son had a condo on the other side of the complex, and the sun's heat made it impossible for them to use the balcony in the afternoon hours. Linens and beach towels were abundant, which my grandsons used daily. The beds were comfortable. The living room has a new couch, which is not in the photos. It is very nice. The door uses a code rather than a key card. That is so much better than having to try to keep track of keys and carry them with you every time you leave the condo. We enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and worked on all of them. There are a few reading books, as well. Rick is an excellent communicator and kept in contact throughout the rental process. My security deposit was refunded the first day after my departure. I would rent from Rick and Charlotte again.

Condo is aptly appointed and just as listed, nice furnishings and equipped kitchen! Unit was freshly cleaned when we arrive and stocked with some starter items for washing dishes and was easy to communicated with, we will be back!

We have stayed here for the last 2 years and will return! It’s easy to rent with open communication. Rick and Charlotte have the condo stocked down to beach toys and chairs. It’s a home away from home in an excellent location. They keep the place updated and phone numbers for easy contact even when you’re not trying to sometimes . I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Absolute great vacation. Weather was perfect every day. The unit was great, fully equipped, clean, two full bathrooms, patio overlooking ocean, quiet, nice amenities (cafe, tiki bar, pool, 2 hot tubs). Close to everything in terms of grocery stores, shopping, dining. I would absolutely recommend and return to this location again.

Linda H.Perfect Treasure Beach Vacation
Two families vacationed on Treasure Island 25-30 years ago. We loved it there so decided to go back but just two couples this time. I rented direct with Rick for mid August but due to the Red Tide in that area, he graciously let us move our week to September. We had a wonderful time. The condo is excellent and very clean. The 6th floor view is amazing and has a great view of the beach. It is close to John’s Pass and lots of nice eating places. Weather was great. Rick & Charlotte were great to talk to and work with and we got our damage deposit back within a few days. I would highly recommend this rental. A great price with great amenities. Thank you very much Rick & Charlotte. Hope to return sometime.

Super clean and well maintained property in a lush tropical setting. We enjoyed excellent food and service daily at the on-site cafe plus great drinks at the poolside tiki bar with the beach just steps away. Numerous conveniently located attractions, shops and restaurants. Also great opportunity to explore nearby historic St. Petersburg. Lots of personal touches by owners Ricardo and Charlotte making our stay truly comfortable and looking forward to a return visit.

This condo is located in a great location. You can walk to shops, beach restaurants, and John's Pass. The beach trolley is easily accessible. Great beach, shelling and sunsets. The condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice views, washer and dryer and the Shake Shop is really close and really good! You can watch from the deck to see when the line dies down so you don't have to wait as long! Staff was super nice. We really enjoyed our stay.
