Owner does not reside in Bainmar home during Florida winter and spring months, but readily available along with a cohort of friendly, local repair men and women should need arise. My husband and I had a great time staying here for February 2025. We were delighted with the home. It comes fully equipped with everything anyone would need. The lanai is quite large with an outdoor grill which we used many times to BBQ a meal. We cannot say enough about Sean, the owner, who catered to our every need and make sure that we felt right at home. The Westminster community was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The community pool/hot tub were very nice and convenient to the house. The Golf facilities were also quite good. Thank you for a wonderful time.

First of all, the owner, Sean, is a very thoughtful person and good communicator. Neighbors and neighborhood are very friendly and down to earth! Rooms are nice size and has everything you need for a great vacation and a home away from home! We don't want to leave! We hope to return next year. Enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and also riding our bikes around the neighborhood. There is so much to do and see from nearby Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Naples, and Marco Island. Golf course is pretty good as well. Totally enjoying our stay!

Arrived to soft music playing and treats from the owner. Met our needs for comfort, space, and amenities. The garage was an extra bonus. Short walk to a very nice pool with plenty of loungers. The security at the gate was reassuring. Sean Ryan was easy to communicate with us and always available by phone. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again next year!
