The sunset view from this condo was just beautiful. It is a wonderful place to just relax if you want but close to so many restaurants. We walked to some places but we also jumped on the trolley to go along Gulf Blvd. The trolley stop was right in front of the building so it was easy to access. And the owner was wonderful to work with. She responded to any inquiry very quickly. We would definitely recommend this one and would love to visit again.

We stayed in this condo from the end of December through March of 2023. Loved the condo and especially the owners we leased from. Very comfortable unit on the first floor, convenient to everything on the property and the garage. We had several guests as the condo is well stocked with everything you need to entertain plus a second bedroom and bath for longer term guests. The property is wonderful…friendly residents and staff, great pool and grounds right at the beach, a gym, library, and several social events we could attend. We’ll be back next year!!!

Barbara J U.If you ever have an opportunity to rent this condo, you should do it.
I was fortunate to meet the owner, Maria Yanez, before sending a deposit; and she was as gracious throughout the rental process as she was in person. The condo is ideally situated on the first level next to the underground ramp garage but also has a wrap-around balcony, providing beautiful views of the Gulf. Every amenity was available in the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as for the pool and beach, so that all that you need to bring with you are your clothes. There are restaurants to walk to, as well as a 7-Eleven store, so that there really isn't even a need to drive anywhere. I intend to book again as soon as there is a month available that I can get away from home.

You may not have known, but the Beach Trolly that stops directly in front of Redington Towers also provides opportunities to explore the area without having to use your own vehicle. The owner is very gracious and everything you need is in this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo right on the beach. The complex has heated pool, exercise room and beautiful manicured grounds. Redington Shores location right across street from a Park on the Inland Waterway and close to numerous restaurants within short walking distance. Gated and secure, too!

I needed a break from Pacific NW and took off to Reddington Towers 1A. I was a bit apprehensive about being on ground floor but was pleasantly surprised to see that it was actually above ground level! The wrap around balcony was like your own private ocean viewing perch! I can’t think of a thing you could possibly need that wasn’t at your fingertips from flashlights, batteries, beach buggy and toys and EVERYTHING you need. The beach and pool were never crowded. It was very secure, gated and staff was wonderful. A private parking space is assigned for your stay, though I did not need a car since the trolley stop is out front and several restaurants are walkable.I felt right at home and can’t wait to return!Thanks for a fabulous fall

We found this condo online and every year for 10 years we would return for 4 months during the winter. Unfortunately due to personal family problems we had to stay home last year and will again this year. But that creates a wonderful opportunity for others! To stay just steps away from the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Coast. This condo is a spacious, comfortable and has a homey atmosphere with a well equipped and updated kitchen. it is on the ground floor but still has a perfect view of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and the large deck. The washer and dryer is just outside your door. It is conveniently located to local restaurants, shopping, movie theater, parks and Florida attractions. You decide if you just want to take a walk or ride for a bit and take in concerts, Johns Pass, Fort DeSoto, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida State Fair, Strawberry Festival and much much more. Come at Christmas time and you will be awestruck at the lights and decorations in the neighborhoods and the local parks...and the boat parades and fireworks! There are plenty of places to relax poolside. Enjoy a walk on the beach in the sunshine instead of the cold snowy winters. The owners are just a phone call away and very attentive if you need anything or have a question. We always had a wonderful time at Redington Shores and will miss it again this year!

We actually rented for six months - from Oct 15, 2020 to April 15, 2021. Florida is great in the winter months, and the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom was amazing! We left the A/C off a lot, and just enjoyed the breezes! The kitchen is a great space, and has a pantry I wish I had in my own home! The couches and master bed were super comfy. My sister-in-law stayed a week and said the bottom bunk was very comfortable…and she has back issues, so I knew it had to be!Maria is a great owner, as well! We hope everyone enjoys the condo as much as we did!
