For your peace of mind we follow guidelines for disinfection laid out by the CDC as follows:

- Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances.

This spacious and beautifully decorated town home is perfect for small groups or families. Spread out in the roomy living/dining area and enjoy the conservation view from the private patio. The master suite features a king bed with a walk-in shower and waterfall shower head. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins. The location is great, plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Close to freeway entrance. Comfortable beds to accommodate large families, great kitchen with utensils etc. We did not use the clubhouse or the pool, so we can't provide any feedback on them. This is a gated community with an automated gate (no attendants) to enter and exit the streets. That's not intended to be a negative comment by any means, just an explanation of the facility. We really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

Nader and his wife are the easiest people to work with. We never rented before on a site and they were so helpful and knowledgeable even if we didn’t go through them. That never happens these days. Thank you so much for all the understanding and ease of rental. We originally booked for 5 days and then changed to 12 days. They were easy to get a hold of, and Nader always answers his phone. Any questions were no problem. They were so accommodating. The house was clean and tons of room for 8 people. They had plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Every bed had plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was stocked with nice appliances, and any kitchen gadget you could possibly need. They were so nice and easy to use that I ordered them online for our home. We purchased the toaster and kettle. The bake sheets and muffin pans are on their way too. . You won’t be disappointed rented from these hosts. They are top notch owners and people. They are easy to work with and you won’t be disappointed.

NADER’s home was well stocked, well taken cared of and clean. Everything we needed was available. He was available whenever we had questions and was great to work. We also enjoyed the amenities quite a bit. Resort pool was heated and restaurant food wasn’t bad. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed and the host was amazing to work with.

This is a lovely well maintained townhouse with a fabulous community pool. Family friendly, location has Legoland very close & Disney parks 10-15 minutes away. Publix is within walking distance along with several great restaurants and golf courses in the area. Owner was great to us.

I’d like to take the time to say this is the first time I’ve rented thru . Most of our trips to Florida have been booked thru Airbnb or VRBO, and I am pleased to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that my family has ever experienced not to mention the place had everything we needed for our family to stay for 1 month. It was a bonus that everything from restaurants, drug store, groceries store, pool, hot tub is a 5 min walk away. The owner was so accommodating which made us feel this wasn’t just a business transaction, but yet it was for us to truly feel welcome in his home. On our first day which was a Sunday we noticed that one of the TV’s and the internet weren’t working. We informed the owner Nader that night, and on Monday morning not only did he have the internet fixed, he had a bran new TV delivered in the box, with someone to install it. It’s Truly nice to see there are still great people in this world. I highly recommend using this Vacation site and will definitely be staying here in the future. Thanks again Nader
