Tropic Winds is situated directly on the beach. A quick ride down the elevator and a few steps away, you’ll find yourself with your toes in the sand. The owner has provided beach chairs (located in the laundry room) so you can relax on the beach in comfort!
The interior includes many upgrades including a professional, interior, coastal decor. From the faux wooden, luxury, vinyl-plank flooring to the freshly painted interior and upgraded light fixtures you'll feel like you are living at the beach. The living area includes new sofa and loveseat. The large 65” HD Smart TV provides both cable and streaming channels. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools, stainless appliances, and is completely stocked with the cookware and kitchenware you'll need. Also, for your convenience, the separate laundry room includes a stacked, front-loading, washer/dryer.
The master bedroom is gulf-front and adjoins the balcony. Sleep to the sound of the waves! The master includes a king-size bed, 55" HD Smart TV, and adjoining private bath. Even the toilets have been upgraded. The guest room contains two queen beds, large smart tv, and private access to the guest bathroom which includes a beautiful, walk-in, shower.
Tropic Winds is located on the west-end of Panama City Beach and just 10 minutes from the 30A and Inlet / Rosemary Beach area. You’re an easy drive to some of the area's most noted restaurants, shops, breweries, etc. Head west and you'll find yourself on 30A. Head east and you're only two miles from the fabulous Pier Park shopping district with restaurants, shops, entertainment, etc. You'll love our, less crowded, residential, condominium location.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
