The spacious and luxurious master suite does not disappoint with a continued tantalizing view of the seemingly endless blue-green coastal waters and offers direct balcony access to watch the sun set or rise without ever getting out of the comfort of the king size bed. There’s plenty of storage space for your belongings, whether it be the large dresser or inside the folding french-door closet… There’s more than enough designated storage space to stay organized so you can focus on relaxing during your vacation! The master suite features a flat screen TV and ensuite private bathroom. Both bathrooms, private and guest, in this unit are upgraded with thick, custom granite countertops. Prefer a walk in shower? This unit has one for you too! There’s plenty of counter space as well as additional cabinet space for your use.
The second bedroom features a ceiling fan, two, comfortable beds (1 queen & 1 full), flat screen TV and additional storage for your belongings in the tall, oversized dresser or inside of the folding French door closet. The second bedroom shares access to the guest bathroom.

PARKING: Two reserved, exclusive use, parking space makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to limit travel to no more than two vehicles, if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. Each additional vehicle pass costs $40.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

We greatly enjoyed our six weeks stay in the facility. The apartment was very clean and well organized. We have stayed in the building several times before, but this was the best of the apartments we have experienced. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We will apply to stay there again in 2027. Our only complaint would be the pot smoker somewhere above us. The smell was quite annoying at times. Fortunately, it was not every day.
