The condo's oversized 10x28 balcony, with comfortable Polywood furnishings, is fabulous! Lay in comfort on the two cushioned chaise loungers or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining table. Just want to kick back and relax? Have a seat in one of the two Adirondack chairs and enjoy the views, a book, or just de-stress and relax.
The living room adjoins the balcony, has gorgeous views of the gulf, and is perfectly furnished with a sofa sleeper, armchair, and wall-mounted television. The kitchen includes a complete set of full-size appliances, cookware, kitchenware, utensils, etc. It's perfect for staying in and preparing a nice meal for your family or guests. The dining and breakfast bar includes plenty of seating for everyone.
The master bedroom adjoins the balcony and includes a private ensuite bath! Sleep to the sound of the waves in the comfortable king-size bed or enjoy a good movie from bed. The large guest room is spacious and includes two beds (double and twin). The guest bedroom has private access to the connecting bathroom.
PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and the busy summer season, please travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $20. The additional vehicle parks in a, first come first serve, overflow parking lot across the street.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
