Our condo offers two Free beach chairs and one umbrella each day of your stay (March 1st to October 31).
The condo is an open floor plan that sleeps six with a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 full-size beds in the guest room. In addition, the master suite has a private bathroom along with a full view of the water. The guest room has a full bathroom as well. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that will seat six at the table and four more at the counter.
The balconies at Ocean Reef are among the largest you will find in the area. From the balcony of #1908 you can view the water connecting with the sky, dolphins jumping, seagulls flying, beachgoers walking, parasailing, boating, snorkeling, and much, much more. The balcony is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing area for enjoying sunsets and sunrises.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
