This condo includes free beach service (seasonal from March 1 to October 31st) each day of your stay! Enjoy two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella setup each day of your stay.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, along with beautiful granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry. The living area boasts a 47 inch flat-panel HDTV, with 3-D capability and direct access to your extra-large balcony.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and peaceful afternoons! Enjoy outdoor meals with beautiful views of the gulf of mexico, sandy quartz beach, and majestic sunsets. The comfortable balcony furnishings are perfect for working on your tan, enjoying a good book, taking a nap, or enjoying your morning coffee.

The gulf-front master bedroom includes a king bed, separate balcony access. The private master bath includes a combination tub/shower and double vanity. The spacious guest bedroom includes two double beds, and private access to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes a combination shower/tub.

The condo includes a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
