The Master Bedroom has a king-size pillow-top mattress and the Master Bath has been upgraded with twin bowl sinks. The Guest Bedroom has a queen-size pillow-top mattress and Twin Bunk bed as well as all the upgrades in the Guest Bath. There is a brand new full-size washer & dryer to get your maximum laundry done during your stay. 1146 sq. ft of pure comfort. The owner has also provided, for your convenience, upgraded comfort height toilets!
BEACH AND LOCATION
Ocean Reef is a condominium development on the west side of Panama City Beach and includes 330 feet (a football field+) of beach. This development has one of the widest and deepest beaches in town. The famous Pier Park is located just over 1 mile west of Front Beach Road. Eat at the beach without having to get in your car! That's right, one of the most delicious beach-front restaurants and bars, Runaway Island, is right next door! This restaurant is highly rated and has a large back patio for your elegant dining directly on the beach. Eat, drink, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets with the convenience of a 2-3 minute walk over from Ocean Reef.
For the kids and adults alike, right across the street is an awesome miniature golf course and go cart track. Ocean Reef features an outdoor swimming pool, overlooking the gulf, and an indoor pool that is heated in the winter. A huge hot tub over looks the gulf also. What an experience!!! And... don't forget the steam room, sauna and fitness for you to take advantage of to get the kinks out of that every day life back home.

If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
