The sink was relocated to enjoy the view and your family while entertaining. The lanai floor was raised so there is one continuous floor to the lanai windows and beach. The lanai is air conditioned and furnished with new furniture including two large cozy glider chairs which are great for watching sunsets and reading a book! There is also a lovely table with seating for four. The living room has new coastal furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa and two large cozy swivel/ glider chairs and a 55" television.
Updated bathrooms have granite counter tops and tiled showers. Master bedroom with full Gulf views has a king size bed, flat screen television and new bedding.

Unique Benefits
We are one of the closest condos to the Gulf of Mexico on Siesta Key. Our condo sits directly on the beach and is direct oceanfront (Gulf-front). Unfortunately, there are a number of Siesta Key condos and and villas that claim to be beachfront / oceanfront that are not. We encourage you to ask pointed questions to insure you get what you expect.
The Gulf of Mexico is only about 90 feet from our lanai and master bedroom window, and the bay inlet is a similar distance from our east balcony and guest bedroom window.
Manatees love to play in the bay to the east side of our condo. You'll frequently see dolphins jumping and Manatees swimming in the Gulf.

Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key Gulf Front! Sandwiched between the Gulf of Mexico and Blind Pass Lagoon which leads to Sarasota Bay, you can enjoy sunning or fishing from the Gulf or Lagoon or kayaking and paddle boarding. Our Siesta Key location on the island’s south end features the best shelling on the island as well. The Gulf waters are only 90 feet from your beachfront lanai. Enjoy romantic sunsets from the comfort of your condos private terrace or directly on the beach.
You can walk south along our beachfront and enjoy at least one mile of undeveloped property. Continue on if you wish for many miles of serenity to Casey Key.
Bring your boat or rent one for a day as the boat docks are free! Your boat trailer must be kept off property and the on-site office can provide a list of places in the area for storage.
Each unit features cable television, high speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, a heated community pool, a clubhouse with library, shuffleboard court, boat slips, kayak launching and assigned parking. NO Pets allowed.
Dine at several excellent restaurants within walking distance, or drive to Crescent Beach approximately 2.5 miles north where there is a grocery and other stores and restaurant options. The Siesta Key Village is approximately 7 miles distance on the island. Off island trips bring you to diverse neighborhoods and shopping and dining areas within a 15 to 30 minute drive.
Fisherman’s Cove, Siesta Key, is adjacent to Turtle Beach with picnic area, grills and boat ramp. You will drive through Turtle Beach Park to our gated community – leaving the traffic behind. Our south end of Siesta Key is known as the quieter end of the island and has a laid back feel. The action on the northern end is available via free trolley service or thru one of the free ride services that work for tips.
While you are here, you will want to visit Siesta Key Public Beach.
Sarasota is known as the Cultural Center of Florida with many live theaters and art galleries. Definitely worth a visit is the Ringling Campus with the State Art Museum of Florida, the Circus Museum and Ca’ d’Zan Mansion on Sarasota Bay. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens is another very special attraction in Sarasota for both adults and children.
We are walking distance from a playground, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, boat rental, fishing guide, jet skiing, public transportation and three restaurants.

I can't say enough about this property absolutely heaven out your front door is a beautiful Bay with manatees playing in it pretty much every day we were able to be there!! out the back door you're about 30 steps from the golf Mexico Beach seashells and sunshine it's almost unbelievable Dina and Russ are wonderful property owners unfortunately while we were there from the 21st to the 28th of September we had a run in with hurricane Helene very scary for us we're from Michigan and not used to this type of thing they came over explain to us we needed to evacuate for our own safety and refunded the last 3 Days of our trip which was completely unexpected considering the circumstances great people great condo my heart goes out to them and all the devastation they're facing at their condo along with all their neighbors just hoping we get the opportunity to visit again and absolutely will be renting from Dina and Russ when we come if possible ️

This was our third summer staying in A108. Dina is very accommodating and the condo is wonderful. All you need are your groceries as it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. If it's not there, they will make sure to get it for you. Literally steps from the gulf which for us is great as you don't need to haul everything out for your day on the beach, you can go back and forth and get what you want. Already booked for our fourth summer in 2025 as this place books fast! The beach is never packed like the public end and there are so many nice people that we've met and see year after year. Truly our home away from home.

We enjoy vacationing on different barrier islands and this was our 1st trip to Siesta Key. I can't say enough about the unit. It is spacious, the decor is nice and inviting, the kitchen is large and spacious and what's more, the beds were so comfortable and that's a big deal for someone like myself. I have had multiple back surgeries and we have rented units in the past where the beds were so uncomfortable we literally pulled the mattress from the sleeper sofa and slept in the floor. The kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets we would ever need and the extra added touches such as the Keurig and assorted complimentary coffee flavor pods, the canvas beach chairs and everything you would need for a great day on the beach were a definite plus. The location of this unit is unbeatable. From the door to the beach was less than 30 steps and the ocean view from inside the unit was amazing. We shared the unit with another couple who were just as pleased as we were with the accomodations. If we should ever return to this area for vacationing this will be our place to stay. A shout out to the managers of this hidden treasure who helped us create some wonderful lasting memories in Siesta Key.

This was our 12th year at Fisherman’s Cove and our second year in unit A108. It is a delight. Dina and Russ Kruk have stocked this condo with everything anyone might need for their vacation! The ocean is out the back door and the pool is a very short walk! The heated pool is lovely and a great place to relax, swim and chat! The unit is equipped with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys! I am always amazed at the people I meet who have been coming to Fisherman’s Cove for generations! One vacation there and you will understand why!

We stayed the 1st week of Oct. 2023. The weather was beautiful! Condo is newly renovated in a lovely beach theme. Dina & her husband were so pleasant to rent from. Quick to respond to a dryer issue. The beach is directly out the lanai door. So convenient for those of us with bad knees. We will definitely be back. Felt like it was sea world week. Saw dolphins jumping up out of the water several times, watched 3 manatees near the docks & saw a sting ray on the sand bar. Really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed in A108. It was immaculate! Beach towels, chairs and toys for little ones are provided. Just seconds from the beach with a fully stocked kitchen. We have lived in Florida many years, but never surrounded by that much beauty. Couldn't stop taking pictures, and the sunsets were totally spectacular!! The fishing docks were peaceful and grills provided. Also a lovely swimming pool. Turtle Beach is a nature lovers paradise and Dina was a joy and wonderful host! We even saw a big turtle walking by the condo.

This is our second year staying in A-108 and it was amazing! We really love this unit! It's so clean and equipped with literally everything you can think of. It's like you're right at home. From the location (literally steps from the beach), to the condition of the condo (Pristine!), to all the dining just a trolley ride away, this was the perfect place for our vacation. Kitchen was nicely stocked, beds were comfy, and owners were exceptionally responsive while we were there. To top it all off, anything we could ever want for our beach days was provided - chairs, umbrellas, boards, coolers, noodles, even fishing gear. Just bring your sunscreen and you are good to go! The condo had full cabinet of spices and other things for cooking. We didn't have to run to a store to purchase for example cinnamon for making french toast. The condo was clean and had all the cooking utensils needed. You walk out the back door to the beach. Beach was small but semi private with not a lot of people out on the beach. Beautiful sunsets. the trolley is just a little over a quarter of a mile from the free trolley to a number of restaurants. Nice pool for meeting other people. Dina and Russ were great to work with and very responsive to requests.

Once you step thru the doors you instantly start to relax. The unit has everything to make your trip perfect. It has all been updated with gorgeous floors and bathrooms. Dina and Russ are some of the nicest people you could ever meet and they are so helpful. Best place EVER to stay..Beach is great and not very crowded which is a major plus. Along with the bridge and beach right outside the door.

Russ and Dina are incredible owners. The condo is stocked with most everything a renter needs while staying there. The condo has been updated and is beautiful. We loved being able to walk out the door and literally be on the beach in under 50 steps. Can't beat the relaxing, peaceful space they have created and in the perfect setting to enjoy it all. Looking forward to coming back next year!

A108 is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented. The recent renovations are above & beyond expectations. Everything is first class. The condo is literally 15-20 steps to the beach. Can’t get any closer. All the beach toys, umbrellas/chairs, etc are available for your use. Dina & Russ are great hosts & very accessible if you need anything or if you have any questions during your stay. 5 stars is not enough for Dina & Russ Fisherman cove locations. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

This was by far the best rental we've ever stayed in. It was so well stocked and was the perfect home away from home. They had a keurig which was the biggest game changer for us. We were able to easily cook several full meals without needing to improvise stuff. Beds were very comfortable and we were steps away from the beach. We were able to easily get instacart orders delivered and were within close walking distance to a really nice playground and several restaurants. We immediately booked our trip for next year to make sure we didn't miss out! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

We had an amazing stay but how could you not! The condo itself was decorated nicely and very clean. It has practically everything you will need besides groceries of course. Pack less as there is a washer/dryer which is a must for our vacations. Staff was helpful and prompt with any questions that might arise. And did I mention, it's literally steps from the gulf! The beach is considered private so there's plenty of room to spread out. We will be going back for sure! Be sure to take a shell bag, or two, as you will need it!

Whitney Ann P.Best Vacation ever - perfect location and spotless condo
From top to bottom this was an amazing trip. The condo was exactly what we needed for a family of 6 - beds were comfy, condo was clean, kitchen was adequately stocked, beach toys and chairs aplenty. The beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, noodles, beach wagon, cooler, and pingpong toys were icing on the cake. There were plenty of beach towels (we brought our own because I missed that there were towels!) and all of that added up to a week with the best gear to enjoy the beach. We DID buy and bring our own boogie boards - but they may have them! We didn't even check out the lockers the condo owner had - all of that gear was in the hall closet in the condo! There was a keurig AND a regular coffee maker, 4 slot toaster, and some seasonings in the cupboard already. Big surprise perk of the beach chairs? They have insulated bags on the back! So we didn't even use the cooler. (The beach is so close to the condo - we barely brought any food out anyway, because it was so easy to just go inside and reload.) The reservation staff was super helpful and accommodating. The entire complex was spotless. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is our third stay in this condo! Absolutely love it and so beautiful! I have been staying at his facility over 45 years and it has been by far my favorite condo! The decor and set-up of this condo is the best! Love being on the first floor since we love to fish and step right outside our door to the beach! Can't wait to return!

absolutely loved the fact that we could walk out the back door and walk the beach.This area was NOT at all crowded and everyone was really nice. Place is quite roomy and beds are nice and big. Place we well stocked with cooking utensils as we did a lot of dinners and breakfast meals there. Great location and good eating places that were close. Dina is very sweet and great to work with.Hope to come back next year!! Thank you Dina for all your help. Also loved the wagon you have there to haul beach stuff!! Huge help for us old people lol. And beach chairs very comfortable. The sunsets were amazing as I have SO many pics of them.

I don’t even know where to begin! Our week away at Turtle Beach was one we will never forget. We were beyond fortunate to rent from Dina and Russ. We stayed in condo A108 and it was top notch. It was perfect for our family of five! The condo itself was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. The owners also provide so many additional items and if they aren’t in the condo, they made sure to drop them off to us. We took full advantage of the beach wagon and fishing poles they provided us once we arrived. The location of our condo was perfect! We were able to walk right out to the beach each day which made things very easy especially having younger children. We all enjoyed walking right out for sunset as well. I could go on and on about our week. It was perfect and we can not thank Dina and Russ enough for the amazing hospitality. We look forward to renting again in the near future!

This condo was super clean and very well stocked. It has been recently updated, and it is beautiful inside. The condo is literally 15 steps to the ocean! It is perfect for adults or families. The complex is nestled between the ocean and the bay, and it was very quiet on the beach. It is on the quieter side of Siesta Key. We loved it, and we will absolutely be back!

Never have we stayed anywhere that close to the beach. This was our first time in Siesta Key and it was during Spring Break. We have just finished our 3rd year in the condo owned by Russ and Dina. They have been wonderful to deal with. Our first year was the Covid year and we had to make some time and financial adjustments and they could not have been more accommodating. Just being able to walk out the back door, take 15 steps and you are on the beach with the Gulf of Mexico right in front of you is wonderful. When we have needed something or something had to be replaced it has been done immediately. We have used the Fisherman's Cove grill to make some dinners and it is only a short walk across the parking lot. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to dine in. We have signed up for next year to make it our fourth year in a row.

This is our 5th year staying in this great condo. Two bedrooms and two beautiful baths, each with gorgeous shower. The lanai is an extension of the living room with a level floor. There is a sofa Queen hide-a-bed. Beautiful kitchen and dining area complete the plan. The lanai door leads onto the beach sand, with bridge to the ocean. In-unit laundry, too. A short walk brings you to the community pool, which is heated. A dedicated parking space is also appreciated. You will love the painted wood wainscot and crown moldings. This condo is located on the quiet South end of Siesta Key, but a Trolley is available to take you to the bustling North village area. Yeah, we really love this little piece of paradise!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful ocean front condo. The location was amazing, only a few steps to the beach. The condo is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to enjoy eating in. We also appreciated the extra items provided such as beach chairs, fishing rods, tackle box, beach toys, etc.The hosts were very welcoming and we would definitely stay here again.

There is a free trolley that runs up and down the island and picks up at Turtle Beach. There are also free ride companies that work for tips.
Yes, the dock is free and first come, first serve. Trailers must be kept off property and we can send you a list of suggested locations for storage. You can bring your boat or rent a boat at CB's Marina or Marina Jack.
