Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home is ideally located in the quiet residential community of Liberty Village, Kissimmee. Conveniently situated close to Disney and the other major theme parks. There are several restaurants, shopping and World-Class Golf is nearby.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
The villa sits on a large plot with a conservation view at the rear.
The Lounge and very spacious dining area are of open plan design with high vaulted feature ceilings. Fully air conditioned throughout.
The Lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax and watch the new 42' LCD PANEL HD T.V. There is also a DVD player, CD/HiFi and large sliding doors leading to the pool. In addition free wireless internet and air con throughout the villa.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American Style Fridge with integral Ice maker, an Electric Range, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dish Washer, Microwave, Waste Disposal unit plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.
The Master Bedroom is currently fitted with a 'King' sized bed. As is to be expected it has its own 'en suite' Bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed
The third bedroom has twin beds.
The Pool and Deck is fully screened and has a conservation view. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated by our new efficient pool heater if requested (at additional cost).

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We stayed at the home for a week In March. Our kids loved the pool! Paying for the pool heating was a great decision.The home is big with lots of room for the kids to run around. It is close to the airport and amenities.Overall a great weeks stay.
