2900 sq. ft. This lake home is one of the larger homes on Lake Berkley and boasts 7 bedrooms 7.5 bathrooms. This really is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day visiting central Florida's attractions or just enjoying the home for everything it has to offer.
This home is perfect for the larger families or groups. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs which gives every member of the trip complete privacy.
Two large family room areas and open plan, fully equipped kitchen lead out onto the large pool deck overlooking the largest lake on the resort where you can unwind watching nature at its best and sometimes being able to catch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. This large pool and spa come with optional pool heating (contact us for a price) which we do recommend for stays between October and April. There is plenty of space on within the deck area to enjoy the seating and loungers available to you. If you love to grill, then this home has got you covered with a large BBQ grill again overlooking the lake area.

This was our second visit to the Orlando area, and although this house did not have as many bedrooms as the previous home, it worked great for our needsGood location, a Walmart within two minutes, a Sam’s Club within five minutes.It was clean, good bed options. Towels were very good and plenty of them. It came with enough small things to help, previous people have left some laundry detergent, some spices, there was coffee available, so we did not have to purchase all of that.I would say that there were zero negatives, the only thing that I found odd, but was not a problem was there were so many light switches that we could never figure out what they turned on or off. HahahahaThe people we worked with were fantastic and accommodated us, and I would absolutely stay at this place again.

We stayed at the home for a week In March. Our kids loved the pool! Paying for the pool heating was a great decision.The home is big with lots of room for the kids to run around. It is close to the airport and amenities.Overall a great weeks stay.
