We spent a month in Sharon's condo (January 2025). Upon arrival we had everything we needed for the month! She goes above and beyond stocking the kitchen, cleaning supplies, pantry etc. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable -the interior decor is very coastal and adds to the tropical feeling of being in The Keys! Super comfy place. The area is gated and feels very safe. The other owners and guests were very kind to us. We spent a lot of days lazing around by the pool (heated) and enjoying the gorgeous view. The entire area isn't very large so it doesn't seem crowded at all. Sharon is very quick to respond to any questions you have. Parking is directly underneath with additional spaces if needed for guests. The location is perfect - plenty of things to do within a short distance North or South. We thoroughly enjoyed our month here and look forward to returning January/February 2026 :) Would 100% recommend Sharon and this unit!

It was so affordable, we even stayed the night in Key West...if you're looking to stay in Islamorada, you definitely need to check Sharon's place out....

Stayed here for a week with the family and it was an amazing experience. The views of the water are spectacular and there is so much to do right in this area. So many restaurants and ideal if you love water activities. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get away for a week or more! 5-Stars for sure!

Sharon’s condo was absolutely gorgeous! It was super clean upon arrival and had everything we could have needed for our 3 month stay (linens, dishes, pots & pans, cleaning supplies, etc). The interior decor was also super cute and really enhanced the feeling of being in the Keys. The unit is in a complex located directly on the water with a pool and dock that you can hangout at which were stunning and made this place even more enjoyable. Sharon was also super easily contactable and helpful throughout the booking process and entire stay. I couldn’t have imagined a better place to spend my summer.

If you are looking for an affordable quiet get away to the Florida Krys you have found your spot. We loved plantation By the Sea. The condo is beautifully updated and felt like home. It is a quiet community and all of the neighbors were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and dock on the oven daily. The location is perfect and central to everything in Islamorada. Sharon and Andrew were wonderful host and I can’t wait to go back in the future and stay again! Recommend 10 out of 10!

The condo at Plantation by the Sea is modern, super clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Beautiful view and great pool. No detail has escaped this owner. From the moment we walked through the door of Unit111, we knew we would be back. The unit is warm and comfortable, all the essentials needed are supplied. All furniture is current and comfortable. Location is beautiful, pool overlooking the ocean. Close proximity to great restaurants and supermarkets. The owner, Sharon, is a pleasure to work with. Any questions or perceived problems, she picks up the phone or gets back to you within minutes. We are already in the process of booking for next year and the year after.
