Welcome to this beautiful modern townhouse located on Compass Bay Resort which is only 5 miles to Walt Disney World. Located on the gated community of Compass Bay this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse offers everything you need for that perfect vacation here in central Florida.
This home is perfectly located and is very close to all the major attractions, shopping, bars and restaurants.
The home has been modernized to accommodate your every need across all rooms and bathrooms including a games room also. This corner plot offers free parking for two cars and is only two minutes walk away from one the communal facilities which include swimming pool and children's play area.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Separate dining area with large dining table for 8 guests.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
The house also has a private own patio courtyard area with large dining table, great for al freso dining.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds. All linens provided.

There are three bathrooms, one of which has a walk in shower. The other 2 bathrooms have shower over bath. All towels and hairdryers provided.
We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the house.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

5 night stay at this villa in Dec 2023, had a brilliant time. Villa more then met our expectations, it is really nice and very well located. We highly recommend. Easy booking process with just $150 deposit. Book direct with Stephen and Kaye and we saved money by not using VRBO.
