The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool.
There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. And the third bedroom also has a Queen size bed. All linens provided.
There are two bathrooms, both have a walk in shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.
The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.
We have a games room with pool table, so start planning those family tournaments now.
The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Please note NO POOL heat at this villa.
Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

Enjoy my 12 days stay with family kids had a blast at the theme parks. There were some minor problems but they were very responsive and was dealt with in a timely manner.

5 night stay at this villa in Dec 2023, had a brilliant time. Villa more then met our expectations, it is really nice and very well located. We highly recommend. Easy booking process with just $150 deposit. Book direct with Stephen and Kaye and we saved money by not using VRBO.
